Kris was professional and gave me a discount since he was unable to come out at the originally scheduled time (not his fault). The work was completed in about 2 hours, including tightening and replacing missing screws. He explained what he was doing and described the replacement parts he used. I plan to get a new garage door in the future and will definitely call Kris again. <br />

"Miss [Member name removed], A door tune up includes adding tension to the springs, Tightening all nuts and bolts & Oil/Lubricating the entire door. Your door was jammed and in operable, The track was damaged and bent and also needed to be repaired. Also the doors are in very bad condition, Which we got to work for you and will last a good amount of time with the repairs we did. We went above and beyond the normal tune up and charged a minimum labor fee of $89.00 which was explained to you before the work was done and payment was received. We are sorry you feel that you we're "Got" because that is not the way we conduct business. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will refund you the $89.00 you were charged."

<p>The springs on one of our garage stores broke, I called Kris on Thursday morning and he came out later that afternoon for the repair. He was very through in explaining what needed to be done to fix the problem and what the cost would be. He completed installed new springs and tuned up that door as well as our other door, he also repaired to wall button that was not working. </p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />

Our double garage door would not open Saturday night. I found Reliable Garage Doors on Angie's List and sent Kris a text message explaining my issue. The garage door would not open - neither through the opener or manually. The door was too heavy to lift because one of the torsion springs had broken. Kris responded almost immediately via text and came out Sunday morning at 9AM to help me get it open and take measurements for the replacement springs. As promised, Kris returned on Monday to replace both springs on our 8' x 18' door. He even threw in a tune-up for both of our garage doors. Honest and reliable, just as his company name indicates. Would highly recommend to anyone with garage door needs. Thanks again Kris! <br />

Kris was very professional and responsive when I called. He asked the right questions to determine what I needed and to be sure we had the right product. There was no pressure or upselling. He arrived the same day and installed the new opener, adjusted and lubricated the older door to make it run smoothly, and even oiled our other garage door just to be nice! The opener he helped us select is so quiet and works like a charm. The cost was very competitive, and Kris even took our old opener and cleaned everything like he had never been there. I highly recommend this company.

Kris was great. I phoned him and he responded in timely manner. He came out and did an assessment / estimate same day. The quote was extremely competitive and fair. Since I was so impressed with the speed with which he to my home, I knew that I had the right person. They went to work right away and I had my door repaired within 2 hours. I am in the service business and Reliable did everything that I could expect from a company. He went above and beyond to make sure the door was lubricated, the chain was at right adjustment and even took away the trash. Well done...... <br /> A++ experience. Thank you <br />

Today I was getting ready to leave the house and my garage door would not open more than 1/4 of the way. I called a couple of companies on Aingie's list who were not able to come out today. I eventually called Reliable Garage Doors and spoke with Kris. I sent Kris a picture of my broken springs and he agreed to come down and do the repairs today. I was really impressed with Kris making a trip from North Atlanta to McDonough. Around the agreed upon appointment time, Kris called to inform me that he and his trainee would be around a half-hour late due to the traffic. I was again impressed that he was only a half-hour behind the agreed upon time since I knew he was coming through a construction zone and Holiday traffic! Once Kris arrived, he and his trainee were professional and efficient. After the repairs were made, my garage door worked perfectly! I would like to commend Kris for his outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Reliable Garage Doors to anyone needing garage door repairs. <br />
