CW shows up on time. He does everything very quickly but detailed at the same time. If you have a list of "honey do list", stop fighting with your spouse regarding who should do what, and just have CW do them for you. I count myself pretty handy, but what would take me an hour would only take him 20 minutes to do. I have started writing down a list of things needed to be done around the house, and then will just call him up when we have a good amount. <br>

CW arrived on time and completed all tasks efficiently. The sliding door was challenging because the door slid into a wall, and the part that connects the door to the track had broken off. CW worked through the issues and fixed the door. <br />

I was out of town needing a dishwasher installed in a rental property. CW promptly returned my call and was easy to work with. Very professional. His fee was very reasonable. I will be using him again in the future. <br />

I called him because the screws that hold the dishwasher stable to the underside of the counter fell out and I couldn't balance the dishwasher correctly to secure it. I called on Sunday and he responded promptly on Monday morning, came the same morning, and had it done in a couple of minutes. His minimum charge is one hour. I showed him another job - removing and replacing the caulk on my kitchen counters, and he was able to complete that also in the one hour I already was obligated to pay him for. <br />

Punctual, efficient, good woork <br />

I contacted Reliable Handyman Services for a variety of projects we needed completed before we had our home painted. He arrived on time and got right to work. I had a list of projects and he proceeded to complete them wasting no time and completing them in a very efficient manner. One of the projects was the instillation of a dog door which was not completed the first day because a part was needed. He returned as soon as the part was available and completed the job. CW was friendly and efficient. We could not have asked for a better person to work with. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. <br />

It went great. We have had a water stain on our kitchen ceiling, and we thought it came from an upstairs bathroom. I asked CW to re-seal the shower. He thought the sealant looked fine and investigated further and identified the problem on the roof of our addition, and he fixed the problem. I was impressed that he dug a little deeper than I thought we needed. <br />

I contacted Reliable Handyman Services and explained that I needed to have my old microwave removed and install a new one. <br /> Told CW that a friend and I tried to remove the microwave ourselves but had a problem getting it to release <br /> from the space.  CW said that he could come over that same afternoon to do the job.  He knew that on some <br /> of the older microwave's that there was two extra hidden screws to be removed.  After he removed them the <br /> microwave came out easily then he had to drill some new holes for the new installation.  Easey for him, hard <br /> for me. <br /> CW was very professional and friendly throughout the process and I will certainly use Reliable Handyman in <br /> the future. <br /> . <br />

We have used CW for years for all types of repairs and projects around the house.  We usually save up the small projects and have him come out 1-2 times a year.  He has always returned phone calls quickly and is extremely prompt and professional.  After a general project review, he will get always get right to work.(He does not waste your time and money with small talk.) He has a wide range of expertise: we have used him for projects including  plumbing, item assembly/installation, and hanging siding. <br /> <br />Be prepared to schedule your appointments well in advance (perhaps up to a month), especially in the spring/summer.  CW does quality work and the word is out.  However, he will often let you know if he has any cancellations and he is definitely worth the wait considering his level of professionalism and expertise. <br />

<p>CW called to check whether he can come early for the work. In fact, early start worked perfectly well since it was my lunch hour. By the time, I reached home, CW was already half-way into repairing light fixtures (one to remove broken bulb from fixture), another was to repair connector associated Kitchen ceiling lighting. CW also attached show cases to walls so that they don't fall.</p> <p>CW is very creative thinker. CW finds different ways to resolve any issues/problems he faces. CW simply gets the job done no matter how complicated the job is! CW has been fixing things for me for the last 10+ years!!<br /> <br /></p> <br />

<strong>I called him about the job and we set a time for him to come. He ended up calling an hour before he was suppose to show asking if it was alright to come a little early since he had time. I thought that was great. He showed up and got to work. the siding now looks good again, he fixed it better then before using screws instead of the nails that had been used originally.<br /> <em>I will use him for other jobs as they come up.</em></strong> <br />

I called CW to see if he could replace a garbage disposal for me. He was able to take care of the job the next morning, along with another small task I asked him to do. He was right on time and worked quickly and neatly. I will definitely call him again when I have work to be done around the house.

Called Reliable to change the battery in the smoke detectors on cathedral ceilings.   CW was able to come the same day that I called.  He suggested that I purchase lithium batteries that last 10 years to avoid having to call someone every year.    <br /> When changing the battery he advised that the detectors were over 10 years old.   While waiting for new detectors he was able to fix a kitchen cabinet.  <br />  I am thankful CW put me on notice of the aged detectors and will definitely use him again. <br />
