Be very clear on every call, even within a few short minutes, that you reiterate exactly what you are expecting. Return phone calls from the Company to re discuss labor rates, may cost you in the end by getting a less expensive model than originally. I'll chalk it up to miscommunication. The job itself was done right and Sal was very neat.

Were at my house in an hour on a below-freezing night to check the gas burner that was not working. They came back at 8:30 am and I had a new burner by 1:30. Highly recommended

There's not a category offered by Home Advisor big enough for the excellent work that Sal and the Reliable team did for me -- all top-notch, and with constant attention to explaining to me the process and what to expect. So far, they have installed a complete new boiler and hot-water heater in my 25-year-old home...new central-air unit outside...and four new Nest Internet thermostats. All of the work was excellent, the service was outstanding, and they made sure everything worked before they left (they also helped to ensure the Nest app on my Android phone accurately tracked the thermostats!). Not only was the work excellent, but the clean-up left nothing for me to do! Best of all, Reliable knows the ins and outs of heating and A/C technology that has existed for years -- and they know the new technology inherent in the "Internet of Things" for thermostat systems like the Nest. They were terrific and I could not have asked for more, especially with winter fast approaching! Value for price paid also seemed very good.

Sal and his team were amazing, provided a quote which was charged exactly to the penny, and accomplished the job on schedule and included follow-up. I had to call him on a Sunday with a question and he answered the phone and was prepared to come to the apartment that day. I would hire Reliable with confidence. We paid a fair value for the cost of labor on this HVAC installation, but it was no give-away price, thus 4 stars on value for money.
