Thank you for your prompt attention to our heat pump issues. For now I can report that our system seems to have improved performance, with a noticeable decrease in the humidity in the house. I hope we will continue to experience further improvement in temperature performance as the serviced system acclimates to the current seasonal conditions. I am encouraged by the performance following the recent service as my home has less humidity and is cooler in spite of the rise in temperatures since yesterdayâ s service. Thank you Matt & Nick!
