The job ended up being easier than expected and he accomplished the task in less than an hour without having to tear up my interior wall to get to the pipes. I am very satisfied with the job.

My experience with Reliable Home Improvement & Plumbing LLC was HORRIBLE!!!!! They didn't take the correct measurements and they ran out of tile. The tile is longer available for purchase. The owner never apologized for the error. A job that should have taken 3 days to complete ended up taking two weeks. The floor is uneven as the sub flooring was not completely removed instead it was patched and the tiles are different sizes underneath the crown molding and there are feasible gaps between the floor and crowning molding. The grout is coming up in certain areas of the floor after only two weeks of being installed. The granite backsplash was removed from the wall when my stove was removed for them to lay the tile under the stove. When I contacted the owner Mr. Michael Jackson regarding my concerns he never responded. This company should come with a caution sign "work with them at your own risk." I would not recommend this company to anyone for remodeling or floor installation.

"There is clearly a big misunderstanding of our ability to do good work. This Customer did not buy enough tiles to account for broken tiles in the box. You always by extra tiles at least a full box for any mistakes. We are sorry that this job did not go well, and we are going to see what we can do to help her out."

Mike was the first to respond when I used the Angie's List tool to find a contractor. He was punctual, professional and honest. It took him about an hour to do the job, turn the water back on and clean up. He let me know the price estimate beforehand and left the old part to show how much wear and tear it had. I would use them again!

Had two leakage under the sink. Mike was able to find the leakage and fixed it. He explained the problem to me and did excellent job. Very satisfied, will hire him again.

I contacted Mr. Jackson and he promptly responded to my residence to assess the condition of my old water heater that stopped working. Mr. Jackson took the time to explain to me in detail, my options to repair my current water heater or purchase a new water heater. I decided to replace my old water heater with a professional grade water heater Mr. Jackson had recommended. Mr. Jackson procured my new water heater on Columbus Day and installed it the same day in compliance with local codes for water heaters. Mr. Jackson followed up with me via telephone to make sure my new water heater was functioning to my satisfaction. My response was indeed it is! Mr. Jackson was a true professional and took his time to ensure my installation was performed correctly, a job well done.

We called Mr. Jackson around 5pm on a Friday evening after discovering sewage backup into a bathtub and floor of a basement bathroom. He and his son came within 90 minutes and fixed the problem. He was sensitive to our urgent need for help which we greatly appreciated at the end of the work week.

They did a thorough job. They also came out a week later to assist with a sump pump problem too, due to freezing temperatures. They are very easy to contact and come out whenever something goes wrong. He is very versatile.

Ray came out (showing up on time) the day after I called for an appointment. He quickly saw that the pump had cracked thanks to some debris in the tank. He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away. He also set up the new pump in a way that it was elevated so it would be less likely to be impacted by debris in the future.

They were responsive, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to hire again, refer to friends and family. It is difficult to find contractors that you feel confident with in regards to price, quality of workmanship and timeliness. These guys scored an A on all of them. Will have them back to perform more work in the very near future. GREAT GUYS!

It went very well but the cost was $150 and they didn't do the flush due to lack of drain so I think the price might be a bit high but they were punctual and got the water heater back to temperature quickly.
