<p>What they did was fine. BUT the gentleman that did the work tried to leave before checking the functionality of his work.  The door wouldn't close because he bent the bracket that held the sensor. He came back in to fix that.  Work was fine, but he left the old rollers lying everywhere and he greased the "screw" overhead with too much grease that dripped everywhere after the first few up/down moves of the door.</p> <p>The job would have been A+, 5 star except for these items.  We probably will use them again, but will stay and watch the entire time.</p> <br />

<p>ReliaLift's technician, Matt Cantin, provided excellent service.  He thoroughly inspected my garage door, shared a wealth of knowledge about my garage door system, and replaced the old worn out rollers on my garage door with new rollers.  Overall, he was very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable.  He never tried to upsell me on something I didn't need and was very trustworthy.  The only modestly negative concern I would like to note is that we rescheduled once due to the cold weather (not ReliaLift's fault) but then they moved my time slot on the day of service 2 additional times.  Still, I would recommend ReliaLift (especially Matt) and use them again for future garage door repair needs.  </p> <br />

I had placed a service call because my spring had broken. To my surprise the tech was out to my home within a few hours. He gave me several options to get my door running again and was able to do all the work the same day.

Called ReliaLift at 7:30 am and technician was at my house by 10:00 and repaired my door.  The girl I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful, and the technician (Matt) was extremely knowledgeable and courteous.  Would definitely use them again. <br />
