Reliant contacted me shortly after I requested a quote through Angie’s List around 8 PM at night. David was at my house at 10 AM the next morning. He was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. We had torsion springs and rollers replaced and the price was agreeable. I would recommend this company to a friend and will be using them for any garage door needs in the future.

David did an excellent job! In fact, he did more than just replacing the spring at no extra cost. He straightened the bar, oiled various parts and made sure all was functioning well. He is very polite, friendly, punctual and professional. I would definitely hire him again.

David and Ray arrived promptly and immediately started to work removing the old door. They explained everything along the way. They removed all of the old material and left the garage in great shape. The new door works great.

CJ was on time and proceed right away with the repairs, he suggested that some other maintenance could be done , without pushing/insisting - but since the maintenance needed to be made, I agreed with the extra maintenance which was also done timely.

Initially I was won over by their charming office representative, Brittany. She was an absolute joy to deal with even when we had a minor hiccup. All their employees and techs were prompt and knowledgeable and when we ran into a minor and unusual issue, the boss, Russ himself came out to address it. In the end, I have a beautiful well functioning garage door at a reasonable and competitive price. I am pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

Billy was the Technician. He arrived right on time, was courteous and very professional and completed the job very efficiently. I would highly recommend this garage door company and will definitely use them again. I am a retired Army Vet and this company offers a discount to veterans. The owner is also a Vet. I always hire Veterans when possible. They have a great work ethic! Give them your business, you will be glad you did!

They came out immediately; I submitted the request at about 8pm, they called me within a half hour, and were out in the morning. The tech was quick, did a good job, and cleaned up after himself. The price was a little higher than quoted on the phone due to the insulation; although that was identified during the call.

I placed my project request on Angie's list at around 9pm on Wednesday evening and I received a call from Reliant within 10 minutes. They indicated that they were booked up for the next day (Thursday) but since a Technician lived in my area they would work me in and I would be the first service call of the day. Brandon arrived on time, very professional and quickly identified the issues and what I needed to get done. He didn’t try to sell me on stuff I didn’t need and was awesome at indicating the things I did actually need. The pricing was also very reasonable. My garage door was repaired in less than an hour. Again, Brandon was so professional and really nice. I truly appreciate them working me into their work schedule. I will definitely call them again in the future for any garage door needs!

My garage needed a tune-up.. Also, a piece of the the garage that attaches to the wall came off. The tech fixed it up perfectly. He took the time to reinforce that piece so that it stays in place. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. They saved me a lot of money. Friendly, timely, courteous...I give them an A+.
