John came out and looked in my crawl space because another pest control company had told me I more than likely have a termite infestation. It was a free consult and John was thorough in explaining everything he saw which WASN’T an active infestation. He gave a lot of detail on things to be aware of with crawl space maintaince and what I do and don’t need. He wasn’t in a rush to try and upsell me and leave. So even though I can’t vouch for any of their treatment services I do feel like the company is friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy. I’m going to look into their termite warranty.

John was fantastic. Came out the day after I called (his wife, Nakhesia, called me back within minutes of my weekend inquiry) to bid and came back that same night at 10pm in the dark to make sure all the bees were in the hive. It was cold and rainy, and he had to get up close to the hive of bald head hornets which are notoriously aggressive and dangerous if they sting you. John is incredibly knowledgeable about bees. Great service.

Bug and Insect Pest Control Service

I thought I had fleas and John quickly discovered I had bed bugs instead. He checked the entire house and the only place I had a bedbug infestion was in one bed. He treated the bed 3 times, gave me very clear inspections what to do between his visits and his office support was superb. Anytime I had a question I'd leave a message and she'd call me back iwithin a minute. Reliance Pest Management will be our past control people from here on.

Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
We live in a mature neighborhood, in an older home (lots of trees...lots of bugs!) Over the last ten years, John and his team have treated everything in our home, both interior and exterior. We know we can depend on them whenever we need them either for routine maintenance, or on short notice, in an emergency when we have things like a wasp nest in a nearby tree. Along with offering expert advice on how we can improve things ourselves, they are always receptive to tailor our services to us, taking into account our own preferences and needs for pest removal. We are grateful that we have Reliant Pest to call on whenever we need them, and to keep things in control year-round!
