This one man company with one small van, charges the same big companies prices that have a staff, fleet of vans, employees, payroll, etc.

Plumber snaked the sewer main line, said clog was resolved. Paid him 800. Sewer backed up worse three days later. He refused to assist. His work took approximately an hour.

Rema was very thorough when installing my new kitchen faucet. He came to my home at 6:15pm, which surprised me. In my experience, it’s difficult to get a plumber past 5pm! My faucet works perfectly and he was very nice. He said he has been doing plumbing for 20 years! I think I have found my “go to” plumber!

Within 24 hours of my posting the need to replace my water heater the work was done - very efficient and easy!

I called Remedy at 7:30am to request a new toilet installation, and they were able to get it done the same day at a very reasonable price. The technician took his shoes off before entering the house and kept his mask on the entire time. He was professional and courteous, as was the office personnel I spoke with. They removed the old toilet, installed the new toilet, processed the paperwork, and disposed of the old toilet, all in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Remedy Plumbing and will certainly use them again if needed.

I contacted Rema on Saturday. He got back and came on the next day. He removed his shoes. He installed a new flush valve that I supplied. He had to replace the existing fill valve. The existing fill valve would not fit the new flush valve. He clean up and there were no problems. It worked fine.

Owner came out promptly when we called for a sewer line backing up into our basement. His quote was better than another we received an hour before, and he had the equipment ready to go immediately. He cleared the blockage and advised us to pursue a video inspection because of a snag in the line (possible rupture in the pipe and/or tree root) that likely contributed to the backup.

Rema is best reached by phone or text, very friendly, clear, and reliable. He was able to come out 2 days after I called (it wasn't an emergency) and asked me to text photos of my toilets in advance so he could bring the right parts, which he did. Inspected all 7 issues I wanted looked at, explained that 2 didn't need fixing, 1 couldn't really be fixed without a bigger reconfiguration I wasn't ready to do at the time, and fixed my remaining 4 issues quickly and easily. I appreciated his honesty about what did or didn't need a repair, and everything has continued to work well since he left.

It went very, very well. They showed up on time and stayed late to get our basement put back into tip top shape as quickly as possible. It took approximately six weeks to complete the full job. They would have finished sooner if I didn't have to have this special shower surround, me and my bright ideas which went on back order as we entered into pandemic mode! But I loved it all when they finished. I have two sump pumps and they are my go-to team ANYTIME I have problems. Again, they show up quickly and do great work!

We had a small problem: fill-valve in a toilet leaking into the tank when filling. Not an emergency, but noisy and irritating. We called Remedy and Rosiam came the next morning and fixed it quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. Great service!
