A far cry from my expectations...TY, whew!!! My fears were immediately squelched by this prompt, thorough, informative professional. He put me at ease, explaining his role, answering my endless questions, educating me on functions & recommending upgrades that I hadn't considered that were sensible and add to property value. The roof was of great concern...turned out that there was none! The patience and thoroughness was appreciated; he completed the task in time for me to grab lunch with Mom!!

It went great. He showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He inspected my water heater and informed me of the issues with my water heater. He also replaced my water and charged me a reasonable amount for replacing the water heater. He was very knowledgeable and detailed in his work.
