We wanted to update our kitchen as it was very outdated. Kyle was very responsive and reliable. He provided high quality work and takes pride in his work. We love that he is a perfectionist and makes sure everything is on point. I would definitely recommend him and his crew to others. You will not be disappointed!

We hired Kyle to do a bathroom re-tile/ shower remodel, tile around our bathtub, and some drywall/plumbing work. It turned out great. We were very pleased with his attention to detail and flexibility with our schedules. Would definitely recommend and will likely use again if projects come up in the future.

Without a shadow of a doubt, I would never recommend this company and Kyle Norton. You left a ledge of sharp tiles around our tub instead of connecting the tiles to our tub, he started the tile job in the center of the wall leading to a very strange pattern, had really aggressive outburst when we confronted him about dropping a shower pan onto our three day bedframe, he also damaged drywall, our crown molding, trim, and so much more. My husband also had to call nonemergency PD to have him escorted off of our property, he left behind all of his demo junk that we had to pay another company to come and pick up. We hired him through thumbtack, they tried to work things out with him as well and have since removed his account because he was noncompliant. We now have to pay somebody to completely redo the work that he did. He also took our brand new tiles out of the boxes and left them all over the place outside and a bunch of them were damaged. We did hire him off of thumbtack.

Kyle is an ethical and knowledgeable gentleman that did a fantastic job in my house. He knew exactly what he needed, gave me a very fair price, and got everything looking like the day I bought it. He even helped correct some odd remodeling work that had been done in here prior. I will be calling Norton Remodeling again here in the near future for sure.

Kyle was knowledgeable, reliable and punctual. He made our doors look better than ever, restoring the sun-faded stained surfaces to their original beauty. Highly recommend!

Be sure to have most if not all your list of work items spelled out in the invoice. After that, just step back and let him do his thing. Once there's an agreement to move forward on the work order and expectations are set, just sit back and watch him work. He'll get it done within the time that he and you have worked out, and he may even throw in a few things extra that are appropriate if time and funds permit. Things go sideways when there are misplaced or miscommunicated expectations between you and him so be sure the conversations with him about what you want are clear as early on as possible. It makes the experience great for both the customer and contractor. Overall, his work is great and the value is the best!

HE is very detail oriented and he just a perfectionist at his work. He is very fair, great communication, and excellent work.
