Mack and his team are grade A professionals. We are a young family and decided to expand our home to continue to grow in and turn into our forever house. This was a large undertaking and a huge decision we did not take lightly. The scope of the project ended up being the creation of almost a completely new home. You can imagine how many decisions and things that can go wrong on this big of a project. Mack came in at a reasonable price and finished the project on time despite the obstacles we ran into. His attention to detail, quality of work, and timeliness in response surpassed our expectations. Our friends now see our house and want to do the same thing! We've been gladly passing his information along. We highly recommend his team for any of your renovation needs and plan to hire him for any projects in the future!

We can honestly say we have been surprised at how well and how fast our in depth renovation has gone. Remodeling Max is a turnkey operation from planning and design through completion. Their design team listened to our ideas and came back with easy to understand 3D drawings of what it would look like. They then walked us through the confusing task of picking out materials and finishes. After that, their Reno team took over and we never saw a single subcontractor. Everything completed on time and looking great.

It went very well. Working with everyone at Remodeling Max resulted in an overall positive experience. As with any large project, there will be details that must be addressed and I will say that Remodeling Max was always responsive.

Remodeling Max is a class act. From the minute you sit down in their offices until they leave your house on the last day, Remodeling Max is an extremely professional and productive contractor. They have an excellent visualization software program which will show you the finished look. This image is almost 100% accurate when comparing to the completed job. From my experience with contractors, Remodeling Max is vastly superior. They arrive on time, excellent "quiet" workers. Clean up every night. They complete on schedule for the price agreed to. I would not contemplate using anyone else.

This is the second room in our home that we have used Remodeling Max to install the new flooring and window coverings in a room we were updating. The crews are very professional and knowledgeable. They arrive on time and answer all your questions and if there is an issue, they work to resolve it immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to renovate, update or build new.

We have been working with Remodeling Max for over two years now. It started when we first wanted to remodel all of our three bathrooms, which they were all done just before our house got completely flooded on Memorial weekend holiday of 2015. Remodeling Max was quick to come back and do a complete remodel for the whole house. The kitchen the bathrooms, the utility room, the garages, all the floors, doors, replace all the windows and adding shutters and crown moldings, door jams, windows sills and baseboards. In April of 2016, and just after the whole house was fully remodeled, our house got flooded again almost a full year after the first flood had happened. This time Remodeling Max came back and replaced all the damaged dry walls, floors, cabinets etc. They also changed all the interior and exterior doors and replaced all the trim moldings and garage doors yet again. They painted the whole house from the inside and the outside as well. After the second flood, we decided to add water drains in the back yard, also redid our wooden and metal fences. We added paver stone for all the back yard, the side yard, and the front yard as well. We also had stone retaining walls put up for all the outside area, redid the sprinkler system, built a patio/gazebo with a fire pet under the patio. We then added outdoor water mist and fans to enjoy ourselves in the hot summer. Remodeling Max also ended up completely replacing our house roof, replaced all the damaged siding, fascia boards, soffits and gutters. They also updated all the electrical wiring, the plumbing lines, and replaced our main electrical box. They moved all the gas lines to our new appliances which they also installed for us. Our house now looks so awesome. We had Remodeling Max change the layout of all the bathrooms and the kitchen. They opened up walls and added loadbearing beams to allow the new open-floor-plan to be possible. I can’t say enough, we are very happy. The new lighting, which was done by Remodeling Max, in the whole house has also improved all the areas dramatically. We also put in under cabinets lighting. The selection of the countertops was right on, we had gotten exotic granite to put in the kitchen and the bathrooms. One last thing, Remodeling Max, had custom built our office, library, entertainment center, and all of our closets carpentry work.

We interviewed three different builders about this job.  My father was a general contractor, so I knew a bit about building.  We used an architect for the project though our relationship with him deteriorated quickly due to delays for which he was responsible.  Both my husband and I liked the team who looked at our job initially as they appeared to have the knowledge and experience necessary to successfully create a beautiful space.  One of our neighbors had used Remodeling Max for several projects both big and small and I was able to see their work first-hand.  He told me of problems that popped up during his projects and the clever ways that Remodeling Max solved them to everyone's satisfaction.  The day our project was to start was pushed back two days as the first move was to remove the old roof and a huge rain storm was predicted.  Paolo, our point person, was wonderful about suggesting changes that we might like as well as keeping us informed about what was happening next.  As problems popped up, they were dealt with thoughtfully.  Paolo  considered even the small details such as door knobs that were consistent with those that were already in our home to the placement of electrical outlets and lighting.  The finished room is fabulous.  The lighting is perfect, the cork floor is exactly what I wanted, the windows are beautiful and the paint job in both rooms and a hallway is perfect.  They went over and above to leave our property in good shape both during and after the construction was finished.  My Mom was so impressed that she has now used this company for three small to medium projects.  They have also been very good with followup.  This has been the best experience that I have ever had with a builder/remodeling company.  We are planning another project very soon and would not consider using anyone else.

I have been using remodeling Max for all my upgrades and remodeling in my house since 2006. We love working with them because of their attention to details, knowledge of products and installation. If we ever need a touch up or small repair they are always responding to our call, in top of all that their prices are competitive. They walked us throw the process of installation and we do we expect to complete and when the job is going to fully finished. Their staff is extremely professionals and they clean and organize the area everyday before they leave. The manager will call during the installation to see how happy we are. Also I had the manager came to my house to inspect the work after the job is done and make sure we are happy with the job.

Remodeling Max is one of these companies that base their mission and goals on customer and employee satisfaction, which translates into trust of their employees and management. There is never a doubt in my mind to hire this company. Quality is exceptional. Installation is as painless as it can be. They work on budget and on schedule. The last project lasted 4 weeks which was their estimate. I contacted Remodeling Max for a quote to remodel my bathroom and shower after I was scammed by a shady contractor who stole money from me and never returned. The owner of Remodeling Max, Mac personally contacted me and was extremely knowledgeable and very patient in assisting me with my selections. He even provided me with 3-D digital images of what my completed project would look like. Throughout my dealings with Remodeling Max, they suggested various options for best design and appearance. Their work crew was impeccably neat and clean while they worked in my home and always made sure to cover my floors -- never making a mess. Remodeling Max was also very trustworthy and honest and I felt comfortable having them in my home when I wasn't home. I very HIGHLY RECOMMEND Remodeling Max for all home remodeling. They do Everything and their prices are very competitive. No other Contractor I contacted was able to provide me with 3-D images of what I could expect my bathroom to look like. When they were done -- the bathroom looked exactly like the images they showed me! I'm so Happy -- I'm having them do my Kitchen next!!!

Remodeling Max, LLC was the lowest bid with the best references of all three companies I received bids.  Their work was excellent.  All my neighbors really appreciated their quality work.  Many neighbors have since used their services.  They were easy to work with and very professional.  I came up with many of the ideas of what I wanted.  They provided suggestions, which made the end product so much better.  They currently use computer software which provides a realistic view of what the final product will look like.  Their building supervisor and his staff worked diligently to produce an elegant home to live in.  When I went to sell it, I had many couples that wanted to live in this uniquely remodeled townhouse.

So professional, turned up every day right on time, worked without stopping. Really went above and beyond and the results showed. Will use again.

Remodeling Max crew from the sales office to each and every worker were very courteous and professional. They arrived everyday on time and worked 8-9 hours every day. The workers were very polite and accomodating to all my requests. They cleaned up each day at the end their workday. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the quality of their work and we would not only use them again we will recommend them to anyone.

We met with Mack, the owner, who came to our home and took numerous photos and measurements to create a bid for the work we needed completed.  In a couple of days the estimate was ready and we went down to his showroom to go over it and look at available materials.  Unlike the other contractors who bid, Mack provided a room-by-room estimate with several line items within each so we would understand exactly where our money would be spent.  We were able to make some choices from the large selection of materials in the showroom which helped us decide where we wanted to spend a little more and/or a little less.  The work started right on time and the first morning Paolo, the construction foreman, and his crew of 6 arrived at our home at 8:00 a.m. with all tools in hand, ready to get started.  We did a complete walk-through to ensure everything on the contract had been clearly articulated before the guys went to work.  They swept in and began after hanging up plastic sheeting to contain the dust and worked diligently with only a brief lunch break, until 5:30, when they began taking out their tools, and dusting, vacuuming, removing the plastic wrap, and otherwise restoring our home to as near a state of normal as is possible during construction.  This continued throughout with Paolo at the house to work alongside while supervising his crew.  When things popped up along the way (do you want us to reinstall this old light fixture or put in something new?), we communicated our wishes to Paolo, who spoke with Mack.  Mack subsequently emailed us what the cost would be, we approved it, and the work continued without a glitch.  The crew were polite, as unobtrusive as possible, and didn't miss a day, Monday through Saturday, and one Sunday to finish up a part we hoped to have complete so we could shift furniture (with which they were happy to help.)  We had planned to move out during the process since I telecommute and work from a home office, but they made everything so neat, clean, and easy, we decided to stay in our home.  With the exception of a couple of days when jackhammering and drywall hanging were going on, I was able to work right on through the process.  The work is impeccable, the attention to detail excellent, and we wouldn't hesitate (and won't hesitate in the future) to use Remodeling Max again.  I truly can't say enough about their professionalism, follow up, and about the overall quality of the job.  Truly top notch! <br />
