Work was done with some very minor hiccups. Overall quality of work is good for the price. Price was good compared to other quotes that I got, ranging from 1.5x to even 3x the price.

We hired Remodel Magic to remodel our kitchen after we had a flood. We knew the minute we met Alex and Robert and they understood our thoughts that we were in great hands. We were not an easy client; we had done this in years past and wanted some very custom features that Robert and Alex didn't even blink when we asked for. The workmanship was amazing, with all the little attention to details you could ask for. You will be thrilled if you hire Remodel Magic, the team is great, but I have to say Alex and Robert made our dreams come true!

An overall outstanding experience with Alex, Rob, Leo, and remodel magic. I'm in the real estate business, and have worked with all kinds of contractors. The price was very fair and inclusive, minimal "nickel and dime" behavior. Communication was excellent throughout, changes to the plan were promptly addressed. They respond virtually 7 days a week, at all hours. Full service, licensed team, from worker's comp to licensed elec/plumbing. There was none of the sleaziness associated with many NYC companies. The actual work done is also quite excellent, and any deficiencies are addressed without complaint or argument. Would absolutely use them again!

We had a laundry room, bathroom and small kitchen remodel on a very old home. Remodel Magic was very easy to work with and reasonably priced. We had issues come up when appliances were being moved back into the house and Remodel Magic resolved the issues no questions asked. We will use them in any future jobs

Remodel Magic did me a great job within my means and that has been truly beneficial for me. I was utterly confused to think if it is at all possible to have room addition within my budget. But, they made it possible. Their cooperative team has been truly friendly to me and they made the most of the project.

Remodel Magic completed our total gut job kitchen remodel, and we are thrilled with the results! Alex and the whole team were all easy to work with. We chose them over two other companies that we interviewed, and are so happy that we did. It feels like we are living in a new house! Alex promised us eight weeks, but it took nine, but only because we broadened the scope a bit at the beginning of the project. There were a couple of minor communication issues, but that improved significantly. This kitchen is more beautiful than we could imagine, and is very much fun to cook in, bake in, and entertain in! We would use them again, and have referred them to others!

Start to finish, what a pleasure to work with this TEAM of professionals. If there was a bump in the road, they were our dependable shock absorbers. The people on this project, our TEAM, were there for any bumps or hairpin turns we threw at them with change orders as we moved through our project. Bottom line: PURFECTION. We had Remodel Magic install a new kitchen and remodel the entire house. This is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy. This is the only company that truly listened to my desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. They are trustworthy and courteous and hardworking craftsmen. The end was everything and more than I was hoping for. You made my family happy and proud of our new kitchen and house looking so amazing and perfect. I couldn't be any happier with the results and working with a great company as well.

After doing a search for bathroom remodels went with Remodel Magic. Alex came out and has been very responsive and great to work with. Alex and his crew are doing an excellent job. Cleaned up at the end and talked about what to expect in the next few days. The entire family is happy! The anxiety of starting such a project went away.

They were absolutely great. I called them to paint my two bedrooms and they did a perfect and clean job. First they made sure that everything as covered to get no paint on my furniture. Then they took it away and the outcome was beautiful. The workers were very nice and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. Their pricing was perfect. I got what I wanted and we were both happy.I highly recommend this company to everyone. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I own a house in Great Neck that has a really old basement and that got damaged due to a flood from the water tank bursting. I called many contractors to give estimates. Remodel Magic gave a awesome price “leave it to me, I make it beautiful.” Best decision of my life. These guys came in destroyed the old walls took out all the garbage including an old oil tank and gas heater. Made a brand new custom bathroom. New plumbing and electricity for the basement including a 220 volt which i wanted for a foreign appliance. LED lights, custom washing machine place. They also did some extra work that was not discussed in the contract free. Whole thing took around 10 days with 4 guys working on most days. I wish I took a before and after pic it was insane transformation. The elderly man who rents the next door neighbors basement asked me if I would give him our basement for 2k. Not for rent im going to enjoy this place for myself with a large TV and leather couch.

I purchased a new coop in forest hills and the apartment needed a lot of work, new kitchen and bath, floor, skim coating the walls and ceiling, recessed lighting, doors, moldings, painting.... I want the apartment to look and feel completely new. The coop said they will need to approve the contractor before work can begin, no knowing what to do so I found a few contractor to do estimates. Well you guess it, I hired Alex and his team, he was very professional and most importantly his price was tenth of thousands cheaper than others, no brainer. To my surprise, he got the building approved in 2 days and started the work on next coming Monday, I just gave him the keys and let them performed magic. I have to work during the day but Alex was very responsive and proactive keeping on track with the project with updates and question through WhatsApp. Honestly to say I was hardly even at site because who has time and I paid money so I don’t have to deal with it. It is like the HGTV, the reveal happed 7 weeks later and I was literally astonished, the detail and quality of alex and his team work is phenomenal, It is beyond my expectation and I know the money I invested will double when it is time to sell. I don’t know why prices fluctuate so greatly among different contractors, I am so happy which I picked out the best contractor with the lowest price. If you are searching for a contractor look no further, you can not go wrong with Alex.
