The start date of the warranty is undetermined because the kitchen is still not finished. Mr. Colston has not responded to my repeated attempts to contact him. Items taken from my home and not returned to me: 4 plastic milk crates (taken without permission) 2 heavy duty 50’ extension cords (taken without permission) 1 green shop broom (taken without permission) 1 air tool (missing) 1 yellow flashlight radio (missing) Outstanding items not completed by contractor: 1 shelf for cabinet was built but not delivered Granite at sink is still cracked and not polished (not smooth and dull in appearance) Items requiring repair: *Under cabinet lighting wiring has become unglued *Wood screw on hinge of upper right pantry door has pulled out of the wood (previously loose) *Sealant between Granite and Sink has failed *The window above the sink will be replaced because the upper cabinet, East of the sink, was installed by the contractor on top of the existing metal window frame. * The contractor declared that sealing the grout for the backsplash was the responsibility of the home owner. Items repaired by home owner or home owner’s professional contractor at the expense of the home owner: *Sheetrock on the wall section above the kitchen sink repaired by professional contractor (bubbled up and not smooth). *Pipes under the sink continued to drip and were properly tightened by home owner. *The two lower Lazy Susans were scraping the water line. Professional contractor secured the water lines to prevent further damage to them. *A round piece of metal (non-magnetic) was in the drain at the garbage disposal, causing it to be very loud and causing the garbage disposal to jam and lock up. Repaired by home owner. Items already repaired by the contractor: *The contractor’s subcontractor improperly installed the range hood so that the fan blades were catching on the sides. *The contractor reapplied sealant on the top edge of the sink, on the underside of the granite. This has already become unsealed. *The subcontractor (licensed plumber) installed the new gas line for the new gas range. The contractor installed the gas range and pushed it hard into the new gas line immediately causing a gas leak. Upon arriving at the end of the day the home owner could smell the gas leak and called the contractor but it was unknown that the gas leak was at the broken gas line behind the gas range. Later the home owner pulled the new gas range away from the wall and was able to see the new gas line stub was pushed to the side and compromised by the contractor who installed the new gas range. It is possible that the licensed plumber had to be called out to repair the damaged caused by the contractor during installation of the new gas range. Future repairs will be required: *HVAC vents and returns were discovered during tear out of existing kitchen cabinets and soffits. Home owner requested that these working vents and returns become part of the new kitchen. The contractor agreed they should be made available to use, however the contractor or his helpers just covered them up. Therefore they are now covered up with sheetrock and cabinets, and blowing/venting into the wall cavity, per the contractor’s “simple solution”. *The kitchen ceiling was mudded and refinished multiple times and remains unacceptable (bubbled up and not smooth). Home owner had no kitchen for 52 days and had to leave the house unlocked with unrestricted access to all contractors and subcontractors during that time. Notice was not given when contractors knew they were not coming to the house. This would have allowed the home owner to lock the house on those dates. The contractor’s common practice was to work a few days, receive a partial payment and then not return for a week or more. Subcontractors were fired by the contractor or quit at the rate of about 1 or 2 per week. Dishwasher was installed incorrectly and twice flooded the kitchen floor (engineered Oak). Granite was not professionally polished and the area around the sink is cracked and still not polished. Other areas of the granite that were professionally polished are also cracked. The rough/unpolished edge of the granite that fits against the side of the gas range has damaged the paint on the sides of the gas range. The cabinets are Maple and are very nice.

After several weeks after we ( my husband and I) accomplished demo and then Jsmes starting showing up with his two, often three sons. He claimed they err learning, which I'm all four, but there was a lot of arguments and James was only showing up 2-3 days a week. He completely ignored our deadline or when other contractors were coming in. The painters were shocked st the damage he did to our wood floors. He put down no paper and had mud for bathroom on floors from front thru to back. doors. He was not there when company came to put in new kitchen floors and was in the way of painting and flooring team. In being weeks behind and no concept of a hard deadline it required we work until 1am . The only bright spot was his help Shantie. She was assistant but when he didn't show she did. The lady horrible night she stayed until 1 am until my parents flee in.Jsmes had promised to come make any issues resolved wit his two year warranty. His warranty is worth nothing. I'm so embarrassed I let someone con me to this degree. We are caring for 4 people 75 & older as are many others are age. Number will continue tide next 25 years.. There is no agency to hrlp I'd s do we drained our savings semi fixing just one.. I called, texted , e-mailed to let him know he was still supposed to fix ramp and that the soap tray he tiled into shower wall, fell off and broke, he explained he is no longer in business and works another job. He might be able to help with shower will get us s bit !?!?!?? And perhaps fix ramp .I feel awful that we worked do hard and saved in order to do it right and we were treated do bad..there seems to be very little value to s warranty I have to have one more home remodeled for my own patents . This industry has a gaining growth tract for next 25 years. We need honest workers.

Negatives • Current rating not accurate; based on high grades in 2013 that lowered every year since. Would be a low C-D at this point. • Told 3-4 weeks; took around 14 weeks due to lack of people working on it. Basically one person the entire time, with the exception of a couple weeks. When signed contract they said 3-4 people. It would be the only way they could get it done in the time quoted. • Poor/Incomplete workmanship from owner himself, but by the end we just wanted it over so we could hire people to fix the things not done or done poorly. • Expect to be a project manager; no idea of what / when things are going on; need to direct the people on tasks because given incorrect ones Positive: • Our main piece of removing wall and putting up support beam was completed. Although, with the quality in other areas we are likely going to hire someone to review the work. • The people that worked for him were very nice and we were comfortable with. Although there was really only one person there. • The 3rd party contractors (not his) that did our floor were great. • Absorbed some costs due to his mistake on communicating to the flooring contractor about something and cabinets being months delayed. • Met with us several times before we signed contract to discuss the estimate and options. Details • Current rating is misleading. The current B is based on an average of A for 2013, B for 2014, C for 2015, and C-D for 2016. If we had noticed this trend at the beginning, we wouldn’t have used. Common terms are behind projects and poor quality. • 14 weeks to get a project quoted as 3-4 weeks. This was because instead of the 3-4 people he said would be there when we talked before signing, there was basically only one person the entire time. We expected the project to run over because James said he was busy, but after a couple weeks we realized that after the contract was signed he had no incentive/intention to stick to what he said. There were no changes in our plans that caused any delays there was just never the resources to actually get it done in the time frame he said. • Probably the most disappointing is the poor / incomplete workmanship on cabinetry and electrical. The two things done by the owner himself. Despite having two more months to finish the project much of this work was a rush job. Quite frankly it is embarrassing for people to see parts of our kitchen. o Our cabinet for our trash can he built is falling apart. The side of this cabinet has now disconnected from the top and bottom pieces and is leaning out (picture 1). The trash cans flooring broke on a side and is partially touching the ground (Picture 2). Ie..its falling apart completely. No pocket screws. Just staples/finishing nails holding it together. o The face panel for a drawer fell off because it was just done by a staple and not pocket holes, the front of another shelf came totally off because it wasn’t secured at all. Nothing. Just wedged in. o The shelf made for the microwave almost completely collapsed when the new contractor was looking at it. o There is more (missing floor railings, bottom of another shelf came off, crumbling stucco on wall (Picture 3), visible holes where there was a nail previously that weren’t filled in, etc..). These were all things the owner himself was doing. All things brought to his attention. We waited 3 months to get something incomplete. The lack of confidence we now have in what he did here leaves us worried about the overhead beam built to hold the removed walls. We will likely have to pay someone to review them for peace of mind. • It was an incredibly slow process of on person tearing down walls, floors, cabinets and then painting etc.. So instead of a couple weeks of watching two children under 4 around open wires, nails sticking out of wood, tools, dust/dirt etc.. we had almost 2 months of it. Every week he would say ‘”we” will be there’; then one person would only show up for the week. The worker was pretty honest and would say they’d be the only one there. Like other reviewers mentioned. He had too many projects going. • Were also told they would put up sheets to prevent the dust getting throughout the house. This worked great when it was done, but we had to clean the house (wash sheets, vacuum, wipe walls clean= hours of work) multiple times when it wasn’t done. Even coming home once to an entirely dirty house because no sheets were put up. I just had to pack bags and move the kids out for an entire week because I had no time to clean. You could see dirt fly up from kids pillows and on walls throughout house. Again. Easily fixed if they put up a sheet or at the very least shut the doors to the rooms. After the fact James said this as well. • As mentioned by other reviews…Expect to manage the project yourself. Before signing the contract James was very communicative and showed up multiple times to house. We were very excited to work with him. Once signed you couldn’t get an answer or knowledge of anything unless you specifically called and asked. After 3 weeks (ie..a week before it was supposed to be originally done) we finally called since it was evident they weren’t close to being finished. His voicemail box was always full and would go a couple days before responding to text messages. The worst was the bad communication between him and the worker on site. We had to correct her so much on what to remove etc.. that by the end she basically talked to us before doing anything. It became a part time job. Something we’ve never had to do for any other contractor we’ve hired. • The flooring contractors were very good. Floor looks great. They were communicative and knowledgeable. Went over options, said when they would lay floors, stain, and when we’d need to be out of the house. Cleaned up as much as possible every day. Would use again. • Originally we didn’t plan on mentioning this because as two working parents we can understand but it was mentioned by others so we thought we should. He brought his son with him many times, who just really roams around the house/yard. This by itself is fine. Maybe a bit unprofessional but we were ok with it as he was using the weekend to catch up. We weren’t even that mad when we found out his son threw a bunch of old dirty toys in our pool (had to shock it for 2 days). Kids do kid things. But the last month he really only worked on our house on Saturday so after the 3-4th time it can become stressful as he isn’t really watched and we were paranoid with all the tools in our yard. And to be clear we never asked him not to bring him like the other reviewers, but it is something it seems you should expect if you choose them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. He brought his child to work-site after we agreed that no children or no one under 18 years of age be on the grounds. His son terrorized our chickens and birds by stabbing sticks at them. This service provider left me with a 3000.00 electric bill that I paid. The electric company said that he wrote a check to them and it bounced and they were to put a lien on my property as a result. He was always arguing with workers on site. very unprofessional

All went fine until we tried to get problems with the work done addressed. Contractor has not returned our calls or emails. The paint is peeling, a shutter has fallen off, and the deck is leaking.

It started off promising, however, this was the worst experience I have ever had. This project started in July 2015 and it is still not completed. The person doing the work was friendly enough, but was apparently color blind. I asked him to match the grout that was existing (brown) and he used red. After completing the whole shower area in red I was completely displeased and told him to regrout in brown. He then chose to regrout in gray. I contacted the owner, James, and they finally got the color right. What should have been 3-4 days turned into several weeks. The shower was then not sealed correctly and has had many leaks around the glass. My shower continues to have leaks and James has refused to return my calls to fix those and to finish texturing the walls around the shower. I would not recommend using this company for ANYTHING! Overall sloppy and amateur job.

It was wonderful! I never imagined having a dream kitchen for the price and in only three weeks! The owner is a perfectionist and really takes pride in his work - this was very obvious and makes me a happy customer. They know how to do everything so they are basically a one-stop-shop. After interviewing a few contractors I was told that I would have to hire separate people for the beam and for electrical work, etc. These guys did it all!
He had one guy come out initially to put down my tile in my kitchen and he was most cordial. I really liked him. He was very professional and very friendly. He brought in a second guy to help him fortunately because with just one guy, it’s going to be really slow. The whole time that they were doing the floor, Jim Roe, who is the owner of the company, never did come in. You would think he would want to see how the work was going on or how it was coming out, and to see the finished product to make sure and check with me and look at it. He never did come out and look at my floor. Since then we have found a couple of the tiles that depending on how we walk on it, my daughter found it because she had an umbrella in her hand and she kind of bounced the umbrella on a couple of the tiles and she said she found a couple of tiles that sounded like it was hollow inside. We went around and they were quite different. I don’t think it’s coming in contact with the glue at all. I think that they are not set down or there’s not enough glue underneath it. I’m just so afraid when people eventually walk on it, it could crack. I called him to have him come out and look at it and if he could only pull up some of those tiles that we found that sounded hollow and just put extra glue back down there and relay them back down, but I guess he figured if he’s got my money, he considers my job done. I have called him and I don’t know how many times, but he never answers my call. He has never been out here to look at this once. When we were trying to negotiate a price and when we were going to start, he did give me some additional discount to make it a little more affordable for me which I really appreciated. Because of that, I went ahead with him, but that was the only really good defense I have for him. Whenever I do get him on the phone, he seems cordial and nice and he says he would be over in my area the next week and he would come over and look at it, but he never does. I called him several times to check on him if there’s a new timeline although I know he’s busy. He never calls me back. I’m so afraid that some of these things might crack. I’m going to have somebody else in here and pay the money and get a new company come in and maybe do the work. Quality is not good. At first we thought that the tile floor that his workers laid down looked really, really good. I thought that they did a good job but then until we found the hollow tiles, we thought it could bring a whole new set of problems. This last time I called him, I told him it seems to me that since he has my money, he considers our job done and I know he's still busy with other jobs, but I don't know if he has any intention of coming out here. I wish he would just tell me so that I would know whether he is or not going to come out here so that I would know if I would get somebody out. It's too bad that he leaves his customers high and dry with a potential problem here with the work that has been done and I think that's pretty poor.
Response from RemodelPro
"I completely understand not feeling like you were a priority, but I am a very busy man at times. I did not check on my tile crew because I had full confidence in their abilities, and checked in with you via phone at least every other day, my crew everyday. I understand you are concerned with there being a hollow tile but this is not abnormal, and as explained previously it is really a warranty issue, if and when it ever actually becomes an issue. You have a 2 year warranty on the project we did for you, if there is ever any failure of our product we will certainly back our workmanship. We really appreciate the work and hope we can be of service to you again soon."

I had contacted Angies list for the $250 for remodeling. I thought I would have my bathroom remodeled and put some money with it. That was 12j/12...It was 3 weeks later that he actually came to the house. He wanted $2500 for two bathrooms which wasn't bad but he wanted half up front and would not do the work until the middle of January. I would not do that....so I said what would you do for the $250 I have already paid. He said he would paint the cabinets in the bathroom for the $250 and put trim around the mirror. I supplied the paint. I agreed to that. He came in January . I paid him an additional $200 for painting a small cabinet downstairs and putting trim around another bath mirror.

The idea of paying up front half of the estimate and not do the work until a month away was shocking to me. Sorry but I would not hire them again.

Once he got here he did a good job.

"I understand the frustration of having to wait for a busy company to fit you into their schedule, and that it can make you feel unimportant, we apologize for that. We typically stay 1-4 months deep, so in this case the wait was pretty normal. We did miss an appointment which was my fault for mixing up another appointment in the same area and going to the wrong house. As soon as the mistake was brought to our attention, I contacted her and rescheduled but it was an error that cost her time and we try very hard to avoid these situations. As stated by the customer we did a very good job at a fair price. Half down is our standard contract initiation amount and we take deposits into the tens of thousands on a regular basis, so I am sorry if that is something that you cannot do."

James and his assistant did a very good job on the shelves. He is very knowledgeable, has experience in a broad range of projects and offers good suggestions. At times, responsiveness was slow but I was not on a strict deadline. I changed my plans and James was understanding and came out and gave me a 2nd bid. I have passed his contact information along to the townhouse association that oversees the repairs and maintenance of my property.
I would definitely recommend James to others and I would use him again.
James remodeled two bathrooms for us. We live in a house that is over 100 years old with many problems associated with the house's age. James was very upfront with us about what was going on and what steps he was taking to correct the problems. James did fabulous work for us (and we are having him remodel the kitchen in a few weeks) and the bathrooms are beautiful!
He came out to the house and he was very prompt and very good. I thought he was great but we didn't ultimately end up having him do any work. He was on time for his appointment. He seemed very knowledgeable and he told me that he wasn't just a sales person for the company. He was the owner so it was nice to have the owner of the company come out and he said he's also going to be doing a lot of work. If we decide to go ahead with the project, he would be doing a lot of work himself so I appreciated that. I've been giving him a call about some work on our new house. I called him in October and he said at that time that he didn't have time to take on any projects.

Mr. James Coe, owner of Repair Pro was the only contractor out of several we found on Angieslist who took the time to come out and give us an estimate on our bathroom. His prices seemed reasonable, and I was impressed with the way he handled himself on our first meeting. Sadly my high hopes deteriorated over the next several months.
I took video at the end of every day they actually showed up for work, so I was very aware of what progress had been made each day. Additionally, for both our protection and the contractor's, we had a friend or family member present while we were at work during the day, so we had detailed knowledge of their coming and going.
I would put another "Re" in front of "Repair" & drop the "Pro" because a large amount of time was spent re-repairing what had been botched previously.
I vividly remember questioning the plausibility of the initial estimate Mr Coe gave us of one week for taking a bathroom from bare studs to fully functional. In my mind I figured it would be much closer to a full two weeks after encountering the inevitable unexpected obstacles inherent in any construction job. I was proved wrong; not two weeks, not three, but over three months later the project was finally finished.
A lack of appropriate supervision and virtually non-existent time management marred the entire job. It was readily apparent the amount of contracts Mr. James Coe had spread himself to thin and accepted more jobs than he and his staff could adequately handle in terms of timeliness and quality. Workers were shuffled around from job to job, and their abilities to perform the tasks at hand were never called into question, resulting in unqualified people attempting work they never should have begun in the first place.
We rarely if ever saw Mr. James Coe during the whole process. Despite leaving a large note taped to the back door from day one with both my wife's cell phone number and mine, communication was all but non-existent regarding our preferences. Much of what had to be torn out and re-repaired could have been prevented had someone called and asked us what we wanted to do before presumptuously deciding themselves what we wanted our bathroom to look like. Here is a sample of the work that had to be redone:
Float out drywall properly and re-texture.
Replace the entire mosaic tile floor.
Replace the mosaic tub skirt
Replace a broken piece of marble trim
Repaint all the trim
Re-faux over the walls for a consistent finish
Tear out and replace edging around the bathtub.
Fill in the large gap on the top of the door casing.
I had done the demo work myself, so Re-Repair (Pro) had a blank slate. I got home around 3 PM several days into the project and asked the person watching our house how things were coming along. They said Connor, the longest tenured worker James had, showed up around 10, spent a large amount of time on his cell phone, and did little to nothing until I got home around 3 PM. His sudden industriousness occurred only after I had questioned him about the amount of progress (really the lack thereof) made.
Then I noticed one of our table lamps in the middle of the bathroom floor connected with my extension cord to the outlet in the adjacent bedroom where the lamp had came from. When I inquired why he chose to use a table lamp as a light source and felt free to help himself to my extension cord, he replied "Well, I went in your garage and found your halogen work light, but couldn't figure it out, so I took the extension cord in there and decided to use the lamp instead. I was just trying to get the job done..."
It was only then, a bit past three in the afternoon, he realized his cordless battery was dead after installing only one or two partial sheets of Sheetrock in the closet.
Had he been working instead of iPhoning that morning, he would have realized his battery was dead and retrieved the charger (which I was told was on another job site) during lunch along with an extension cord and work light; all things he should have brought in the first place.
The entire mosaic floor and tub skirt had to be redone, and I'm regretting not insisting on the backsplash be replaced too. All of the mosaic tile was "lipping" badly; instead of being flat and level there were uneven elevations throughout, leaving the entire surface bumpy and jagged. Imagine a made bed with a slew of children toys underneath the tucked sheets. The width of the black marble margin was surrounding the mosaic was uneven as well. I expected more resistance when I insisted the floor be pulled up and replaced, but Mr. Coe handled it well and didn't argue. He replaced the entire floor at his cost, but not the backsplash.
Workers routinely showed up between 9:30-10:00 AM to begin work, took at least an hour for lunch around 12:00, and left between 4:30 and 5:00.
Multiple times we had to remind and re-remind workers, or Mr. Coe himself, of details we wanted addressed. There was a large enough gap between the wall and the top of the doorway casing I could fit my entire hand between it and the wall.
Each joint in the crown moulding, base board, door casing and chair rail had a noticeable gap from being cut too short, something that was later glossed over with caulking and another coat of paint.
We asked if Mr. Coe used licensed electricians and were told it wasn't necessary unless we were installing a new breaker. Two days without power to several rooms later and an entire day spent trying to troubleshoot what ended up being an improperly wired light fixture, it was apparent a qualified electrician might have been a good idea.
Re-Repair (Pro) cleaned out their grout and thinset buckets between a rose bush and AC unit, leaving a hardened mass of grout in the lawn and the entire area discolored. After telling him this was unacceptable, they instead to choose another spot in my lawn to clean out their equipment on top of a partially sunken concrete slab I was trying to break up and excavate, thereby turning the remaining fragments into a cohesive slab all over again.
I supplied about a half gallon of paint for them to use when they finished a drywall patch. I came home and found the lid mangled and half open, leaving the remaining paint exposed and therefore ruined. The "patch" was not floated/feathered into the remaining plaster, leaving a clear outline of where the repair had taken place. They redid this as well.
I had to go back over the part of the yard they used to cut tile and pick up marble fragments out of my lawn before I mowed over them. They also left a mess in the basement I had to ask to be cleaned up.
The drywall taping around the window opening was full of bubbles around the edges. When I asked them to be fixed, instead of cutting them out, he just repainted over where the old paint had cracked and fell off.
A piece of black marble edging around the backsplash was cracked in half and installed anyways, but replaced upon request.
The wainscoting and cabinet arrived with several scratches/blemishes on the surface which were halfheartedly sanded out and inadequately filled.
We decided to have a wooden window sill put in rather than straight drywall, but this still ended up on the punchlist despite us mentioning it several times during the three months.
We had to request an actual threshold be put in between the wooden floor and the new bathroom floor which stood a half inch taller instead of the segment of half round mouldling that was slapped on the end initially.
Our closet is still unfinished, the wrong light fixture was put in and one wall was left unpainted. If it wasn't inside a closet that gets little use I would have insisted it be finished properly.
Two employees quit (or were fired depending on who you talked to) during the three month duration of the job, with at least one

"All I can think right now is WOW... I would like to start with the fact we try and finish every job to our customers satisfaction, and we gave every effort to do so with this project. I literally cannot comprehend the length and unorganized method which this review was undertaken, but will try to keep my reply short. I can quickly address 2 major issues with it however. First and foremost our company lost over $2000 making sure this job was finished to the customers satisfaction, and IS GORGEOUS (I would love to show you pictures). I personally spent 5 days (James ROE not Coe, the owner) and replaced the entire floor as a contractor we hired failed on the installation and personally fixed every single issue personally to the customers satisfaction and got a final payment and a signature. Secondly nearly every item listed as an "error" was part of a normal punch list and are minor issues that were each and every one addressed and fixed, some of which I pointed out to them, not vice versa. I accept that we took longer than expected, however the level of detail (mosaic tile with a border, circle shaped mosaic on the backsplash and skirt, chandelier, faux finish on the walls) that we ended up with was exceptional, and we did NOT bid the job for these type of finishes, yet did not charge one additional penny after discovering the customer has chosen details after signing the contract that were not part of the original estimate (the customer provided most of these items after we began work). I do believe we do not deserve an "A" for every part of this project, but we did an exceptional job, particularly quality (please check my website for pictures of the "mosaic" bathroom to see how beautiful for yourself), however we certainly did not act unprofessional (or we should have been fired), and each of these issues was addressed and a handshake and final payment was provided, if we truly were an "F" I feel we would not have been paid, and probably would have gone to court over this matter instead of being told they were happy and signing for completion."

Quality of work was fine, no complaints. I guess we're just not used to how contractors work. It would be great if they would show up when they say they'll show up. That happened twice. However, overall we got through it and are pleased with the end result. I would recommend them to other customers.
I recently moved into a new home and quickly found that the space for the fridge in the kitchen was not large enough to accommodate a modern fridge. Even most cabinet depth fridges would've stuck out past the adjoining doorframe making it difficult to pass through into the kitchen. Apart from completely redoing the entire kitchen or putting in a fridge that blocked off the main entry to the kitchen the only other option would be to move the wall behind the fridge back to create greater depth for the fridge.
I had a couple contractors come evaluate the job and was told by some that they could only move it back an inch or two without going into the next room behind the wall (which is a sitting room/parlour type area) which they explained wouldn't look right. James evaluated the project and not only was confident they could push the wall back far enough to accomodate the fidge but had the idea to put in custom cabinets/bookshelves on each side of the section that now protruded into the adjoining room in order to given the appearance of a linear wall that was "meant" to be there.
The staff that actually worked the job were professional, efficient, and courteous. There were only one small delay in the initially planned timeline which was on me (actually Best Buy) given I needed to use the hole RepairPro created in the wall to move the fridge into the kitchen (the other doorways were too small). So they couldn't start re-building the wall until after the fridge was in place and Best Buy did not deliver on time to say the least.
Overall I was very impressed with the final product. The house has old custom crown molding which they took off the old wall and put back on the new wall and looks seamless. They also fixed some peeling dry wall tape in 2 corners of the room. When painting the wall and corners of the room they took it upon themselves to touch up spots on the rest wall that needed new paint. After completion the dust and debris was well cleaned. The vision that James had at the beginning that we agreed to is what we got and my wife and I are very happy with the results.
