I live in a metro district that was in a bit of a pickle. Each home owner is responsible for maintaining the exterior of their home, including paint. Unfortunately these are townhomes which are pressed together with no clear defined boundary line and not everyone needed to paint. Ours is a south facing unit which routinely gets blasted by the sun and needed paint badly, while the inner and northern units did not. David offered to come out and give a presentation of his services as well as address any concerns the board may have had about boundary lines, such as where to start and stop, and how big of a difference will there be from one unit to another. David patiently listened to our community's concerns about painting and offered up good solutions. After much debate amongst the board, it was decided that I could be the guinea pig in our community's first painting. To say it is a night and day difference is an understatement! David and his crew were very efficient, thorough and detail oriented with this project. Despite the fact none of my other neighbors needed paint, you can't really tell the difference between my house and theirs which was the best we could hope for. We have been receiving nothing but complements about our new paint job! I would 100% recommend Remod Home Solutions to anyone who's looking for a perfect finish to their house!
