Contract sinced Jan 13, 2025. Initial payment ($14,900) paid Jan 17, 2025. Demolition started Feb 24, 2025. Second payment ($7,400) paid Mar 3, 2025. Framing finished on Mar 12, 2025. Electrical and Plumbimg complete Apr 1, 2025. Apr 2, 2025 I received an email stating contractor had a death in the family. Apr 10, 2025 I recived an email stating the dumpter will be picked up and they be in touch soon with next steps. Apr 18, 2025 I sent an email wishing them a Happy Easter and they did reply with a thank you. Apr 22 I sent an email asking for a game plan going forward with no reply.

On February 5th, the helical piers were installed by Goliath Tech. Kevin had marked the locations but was not here when they arrived to install the piers. On the 6th of February I asked when the project would start and did not receive a response until Feb 14, 2025 after I expressed my excitement to get started. I again reached out on the 24th of February asking for a potential start date and asking that I have advance notice so that there would be parking available and room for a dumpster. I received a response on March 2nd asking if we had purchased the sliding door even though we had told him in November that we had the door and had given him the dimensions. The week of March 17th, I was told that work would begin on March 24th, but no one showed up. Later in the day, after taking a vacation day, I was informed that they would be starting on the 25th. On the morning of the 25th, one man arrived on time at around 8 am, but the other man, did not arrive until around 10 am. When he arrived, there were no plans, no instructions and NO MATERIALS. They had no idea what they were there to build and no idea how they were supposed to start with no materials. My husband had to go to the lumber yard to buy items so they could at least get started removing siding and getting the house ready to attach the ledger board. I don't remember what time Kevin arrived with materials on a trailer, which he had rented and had to have the carpenters remove from the trailer so he could return the trailer. (He had told us that we would not need a dumpster because he would have a trailer here to carry away debris) The carpenters started framing the deck and by the end of the day on the 26th of March, it was obvious that the deck was neither square nor level. Once they leveled it, having to cut two new 6x6 posts, the corners did not reach the helical piers. They were off by about 6 inches. Kevin tried to tell me that they could use an "offset bracket", but when I contacted Goliath Tech, they said the offset bracket could only accommodate about an inch difference, not 6 inches. They instructed me to pause construction until they could re-do the piers. I soon found out that they had not been paid for this and a previous job and would not re-do the piers until they had been paid. In April I was told by Goliath that they had been paid and would be out to redo the piers, which was done on April 9th. On the 10th of April, I was emailed by Kevin that they would be out on Monday the 14th of April and would be done by the end of that week. I did not hear from him again for a while and on the 29th of April I begged him to finish the project. I had a deck I could not use, gaps around the door so bugs could get into the house, the sliding door was not square and wouldn't lock. I was expecting guests for graduation and asked that we please make some progress. Finally on the 30th of April, he told me they would start on the 1st at 8 am. The next day, another new carpenter, arrived at 8 and sat in his car for 2 hours waiting for Kevin to show up with some sort of guidance. The next week, different carpenters showed up to frame the roof. On the 7th he asked what kind of shingles we wanted, and we gave him the information he requested. He asked for the 2nd instalment, we gave him a check and have not seen or heard anything substantive since. I asked if he was getting our emails on the 26th. No response. On the 28th of May I sent an email from a different email address and got a response asking what we decided about the ceiling , which was never in question and cedar tongue and groove was stipulated in our contract. I have not heard anything since then. I had asked for a plan, a timeline, to complete the project and no reply. I asked for a reply by noon on the 30th of May, no response. On Monday the 2nd, I asked for a refund. No response.

Scam company. Closed their doors after being unable to pay subcontractors. Left me holding the bag when the sub put a lien on the house after I paid them in full. Their work is falling apart and I have no recourse. Avoid Kevin "KC" Johnson and Pete Hagen at all costs when they spin up their next grift.

Everything about the work and experience is Top Notch! KC took the time to fully understand what needed to be done and gave us a fair bid. We had several contractors out to look at the remodel and none of them were as knowledgeable and fair as Remodii. Ron did the work and made sure the job was meeting my expectations which were exceeded! Ron showed up everyday as planned and if there was a delay in being here at 8:00 a.m. he promptly communicated his time of arrival which was rare and always within 30 minutes. To my delight KC also followed up. Ron took the time to make sure everything was done right. No shortcuts! His knowledge and skill level way exceeded my expectations! Ron would say "We are here to provide solutions" and that is what he did. I completely trusted Ron in my house when I needed to be away. Both KC and Ron are without a doubt the best remodellers we have used. I will be using Remodii for future work. I highly recommend Remodii! You won't be disappointed!

The foundation work (stabilization of 4 season porch) was done quickly and well. A sub-co tractor did a sub-par job on the new concrete; winter came etc. So we had delays reinstalling the cement removed to gain access. KC’s crew removed the sub-par concrete and re did the work to our satisfaction.

Excellent !! I'm a retired contractor in Ma. and have a friend in Plymouth Minnesota needing the work, I worked with Jessi and she went out her way to make this project work. Margaret is very pleased and so am I Thanks Jessi

Gave us a quote for a project. Signed a contract and gave them half down. Every 2 weeks they kept telling us they would come do the work in 2 weeks. After 4 months of this, we contacted them again and they didn't know who we were. We sent an email and a certified letter to end the contract and get our money back. 1 month later and we still haven't gotten our money back and no answer when trying to contact them

We are very happy with the work Handii Helper (a division of Remodii) did for us. We reached out to repair/replace pillars of our front portico and replacement of a rotted wood piece on our fence door. The intake/request a quote process was super easy. Take a 60 sec video of the project/repair you are requesting and send it through their website. They called with a quote shortly thereafter. The project started a day late due to a miscommunication but once they arrived, they did a fantastic job. Both jobs were done very well, provided instructions on painting/staining, and did a thorough clean up. The crew was very professional and even had to deal with a bee's nest (we had no idea it was there) and a few bee stings :( Highly recommend!

They helped me convert a tub to walk-in shower. Put in new vanity, led lights, and a fan. Great guys, communicated well, and gave me a clear & real idea of a timeline for the remodel. Two thumbs up!!

It went great. I’ll start with the project manager Kevin. He is very patient, attentive and really cares about the customer’s concern. He will go out of his way to help the customer accomplish the even more complex things and make sure the customer is happy. All within a budget. I wasted money in the beginning not going to these guys. If I went to them early enough, I wouldn’t spend more than I did with previous contractors. Remodii will try to accomplish as much for you within the day. It’s a much bang for your buck. And then the workers they bring you are top class experienced professionals. These guys really know their stuff. All you need to do is get out of their way and they’ll give you what you ask for. And plus they’re honest and very helpful. They will even help on things that shouldn’t concern them. I was supposed to have a tile in a small area that removed a vanity from. They came and looked it and advised that I’d be much better served if I just installed a vanity there instead of filing. They gave advice based on design, time spent, and cost cutting. They went with me to the store and even helped in advising on the appropriate material to pick. I don’t see that very often. In fact I’ve never seen that. I have other projects that I want Remodii to handle for me because of my positive experience with them the first time. Go with these guys and remodel your mind and home.
