Andersen Windows failed in both installation, customer service and communication. We began our project in October with dates to install in November. When installation day came they installed a door with a crack and then failed to order a window. This meant I had a gaping hole in what would be my back door throughout winter. It was covered by plywood meaning I only had my front door for nearly 2 months the. Once the door was properly installed they failed to install a keyed-lock. Now I have access to 2 exits but could not enter through my back door since the only way to lock it was from the inside. The lock took another 3 months and this meant I went without a functioning back door for nearly 6 months. Then once installed they put in the wrong trim meaning another rescheduled date which also meant another day I had to either take off work or beg my boss to work from home. Andersen agreed to compensate me $1500 for the inconvenience which is laughable.

They were very efficient and professional. Kept us informed along the way. Also very respectful of our home. They covered everything and cleaned everything up when they were done.

Kind thoughtful service. Work space was surprisingly very clean. All three guys were clearly efficient and moving quickly but also very diligent in their work so you knew no mistakes were occurring for the sake of speed. My two little boys were constantly under foot but all the guys would give smiles and gently move around them or let them by (which they didn’t need to do!) and did nothing to compromise safety. Loved their attitudes their work ethic and patience. It was noted one was on his first day, which was hard to believe. Never a harsh word spoken or questionable quality. Loved this crew and our new windows!

Windows were installed perfectly, even in our old home. The inserts don't even look like inserts and we were able to keep all our old trim work for the windows we wanted them for.

The entire process was quick and efficient, from the estimate to the installation. The project was even completed 2 months earlier than expected. Communication was great throughout - we were never left wondering what stage we were at or what to expect. The door install was quick, as well, the installer was very knowledgeable and thorough. We've used them twice and they did a phenomenal job on both occasion, they replaced all our windows of our house. The only thing about the last time was about the high pressure sales, and every time I get some of those pressuring sales I tend to back away; but they still do a good job.

They did a good job, were easy to deal with, were very detailed, and I would definitely hire them again. I would recommend them as well.

This is the third time Ive had them come out. First time was 8 years ago to replace rotting wood bedroom windows. The second time was 2 yrs ago in 2017 to do custom kitchen windows. This time was in winter of 2019 - 1 bedroom, 1 living room and one large livingroom window. Our house ws new in 1992, but the windows were awful. Mold, rot and glass falling out. So we went with the best-Anderson. Those windows have held up well, so I have replaced most windows now. The salesman Tim is very helpful. The installers are professional and quick and clean up afterwards. Last time it was winter and I hid in bedroom watchng tv with the dogs. The room stayed warm and they were done in no time. It is a crew of 4 so its done fast. They are polite and hardworking. I do not understand the bad reviews at all. After I experience with windows I only wanted the best.

Overall it went well. We had a few minor issues at installation time, but the crew that was onsite was willing to help resolved the issues quickly.

The job went well. I only recall finding a few screws/scraps in my garden later but considering the window was replaced in the dead of winter, that’s pretty darn good! The installers did a great job and my upgraded interior trim was impeccable! The room was noticeably warmer after replacing the oooold single pane windows.

It went well. The installers were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. There was one large dent on a wall that occurred during the installation but that was the only negative.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and informative. The installers left behind about the same mess as usual for any kind of home project; I've learned to not believe it when told that my place will be left spotless. There were black handprints on my walls by the windows; I think that could have been avoided or at least cleaned by the installers. Paint was removed on a few areas of my stair rail; that could have been avoided by covering with a cloth. On one of the windows there was a half inch indentation of where the window trim had previously been below the newly installed window - must have been a measuring issue. I paid a lot of money for these windows. I think they should have been measured properly. I haven't asked for them to fix it because I don't want to deal with the mess again. Overall I think the whole project should have been closer to perfect, considering the cost. I'm not worried about the actual windows and they have a good warranty if something does come up.

It was great. All work was done quickly and professionally
