All of our windows are custom built and are comprised of our exclusive Fibrex material. We do not do new construction, we specialize in full window & patio door replacement by our certified master installers.

Doors Install or Repair
Our patio door replacement with Renew by Andersen was a very positive experience. The initial consultation was informative and all measurements were completed during that visit. We were quoted a 3–4 month lead time, but the door was ready and installed in about 2 months. The installation crew arrived on schedule, completed the work efficiently, and left the area spotless. The entire process was straightforward, professional, and exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with our new patio door.

3-5 New Window Installation
No they are not cheap... but windows are an investment! Have had a lot of houses over time and one thing that most people look at when they are looking to buy are the windows. If they aren't you are lucky! We couldn't be happier with the windows and door that we purchased to up date our home. The quality of the windows and door is extremely hard to beat! And over the years I have installed and have had installed windows and doors. Simply no comparison to these! Also... the sales person, the measurer, the phone contact to keep you updated can't be beat. They know what they are doing and talking about... friendly considerate and happy to help and answer any questions you can think of. Now for the installer's... craftmanship that you just don't see much of anymore! Truly impressed with their knowledge of what they are doing and the quality of work that they did. Not sure how Anderson hired the two craftsmen we had but wow quality of work you just don't see much of anymore!

The cost can be high but worth it and they do offer different payment plans. They’re very kind and understanding, I had to reschedule short notice due to cat getting sick, they even sent her a get well toy. The door itself is beautifully crafted. Used to feel even light winds and cold with my old doors but now even the wind storms from the past couple months don’t even blow through! It shuts tight and locks nicely. When the workers installed the door they were very kind and once the workers started they manage to do it all without disturbing any of us in the home. Will probably seek them out again when I consider doing my windows, worth the investment.

Highly Recommend RBARC - The staff from Sales to Install were all very professional, friendly and great people to work with. We had 7 doors and a new front/screen door installed and we love all of them. They take time to cover all surfaces they are working in and clean up so well you would not have known they were there. This is the third time we have used Renewal by Anderson. We replaced some windows the first time that did not open and replaced them with sliding windows. The second time they replaced some crank out windows with sliding ones that matched the first ones. The third time they came and replaced our entrance door that didn't work properly with a ensemble entry door with and entry code for security. That's why my title is what it is because every time from the sales visit, to the ordering, to the installation, to the quality of the product, to the follow up, everything has been top notch. If you are considering an upgrade, give them a call.

From the original sales visit, contract signing, design, measuring, to installation I can say nothing but positive about my experience and interactions with the RBA. Each employee was polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. My installation crew lead by Rich was fantastic. The days they were doing the install were cold and windy but they all remained cheerful and professional. The adverse conditions did not affect the quality of their work. I was also impressed by Rich's skills when confronted with some challenges that came up when some hidden water damage was found upon removal of one of the old windows. He brought it back to "like it never happened" and continued with installing the new window. The finished, completed project is better than I could've hoped for. Thank you RBA!

Second time I have used this company. Both times Ray Rice has done an excellent job of guiding me through products, asking questions and assisting me with the best options. I was kept up to date throughout the end-to-end process. The installation team was excellent and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I went from outdated windows that allowed the temperature to affect the inside of the house to new windows that not only block temperature changes but also provide an egress on the back of the house.

Excellent installation of two new doors and a set of new patio doors! Our installation was a 2-day job and even with some difficulty with a door frame, they were still able to complete the entire project within that two-day span. It was also some of the coldest days of the year, but you would not know that from the temperature change in the house during installation! The technicians were very courteous at keeping our home blocked off so the cold stayed outside! Everyone at RBA of Rapid City was very helpful from purchase to final payment! Highly recommend!!

The RBA crew just installed our 4th set of windows as we are periodically replacing our 26 year old windows from another company. We live near I-90 and are so impressed by how much more noise RBA windows block than our previous windows! And they are so much more efficient in terms of keeping the heat and cold out.
