I ran into dry rot and had to hire a different pro to deal with it. Anderson sealed it up until I was able to do that. There is no charge until installed.

I had them replace a sliding glass door. They took a deposit and I was quoted 10 weeks at most. It literally ended up taking a year. I will say the the door is very nice and the installers were very professional, but that's about the only good thing I can say. It took 5 months just to manufacture the door - the only communication they provided during this time was when I called, asking when my door would be installed. Then, after 5 months, they informed me that only the glass door was ready, but not the sliding screen door. Good news was that they could go ahead and schedule the glass door install...in another three months. So, after 8 months of waiting, I finally got a sliding glass door...with a 5 inch scratch on the glass in between the panes. So sorry, they said, we'll get a new piece of glass made and replace it. Should only take a couple of weeks. It took another four months. So, after a year, I finally got my door replaced. I would never recommend this company.

These windows exceeded our expectations! The quality is superior Dash everything the salesman said and more. The quality of the light in our home is different with the new windows, there is less glare but still beautiful bright light. It’s good to know that our home furnishings are protected with the new windows. It is actually quieter in our home now and we look forward to lower electric bills with a greater efficiency of these windows. We also appreciate the salesman‘s skill in making suggestions, particularly regarding picture windows which enhance our views and saved us money. Our installation crew was fantastic, real gentleman, polite, efficient, thorough, detail oriented, and cleaned up meticulously when they were finished. We feel we have made an excellent investment in our home!

Purchased windows and a door from Renewal by Andersen of Florida who received our final payment on April 22, 2022. One month out from final payment we continue to wait for them to finish the job. Communication is poor, as is follow through. Told to remain home for final inspection only to discover they didn't bother to schedule. Final inspection done on May 3, 2022. Finish work scheduled first time for 5/17/22. Told that won't work because I guess they forgot to schedule that. Rescheduled for 5/24/22 wait for employee, no show. Call office told they left me a voicemail, which they did not. He couldn't come today. Now they want to reschedule for 6/10/22. Totally unacceptable amount of time along with a total lack of customer service. Once they receive your money they have no desire to finish what they started. I would not use this company again.

Lennox and his crew were wonderful. Meticulous, professional, and always willing to answer questions, they did a beautiful job installing 12 windows, including 3 on an upper story. They arrived when they predicted, left as predicted, and everything was left clean behind them. I would happily work with Renewal By Anderson, and Lennox's team again in the future.

If you are in a hurry, the lead time can be extensive. Mine was 2 months for installation. The windows are custom made in the upper Midwest so it takes time, but, I was willing to wait and it was worth the wait for the quality of the windows. They didn't contact me to let me know they were coming to install the windows, requiring a reschedule! The installation crew Johnathan, Ron, and Wafer did an excellent job, were all U.S. CITIZENS, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were subcontracted. If I had windows done again, I would request this crew. The windows and the Fibrex frames seem to be of excellent quality. However, they don't have handles to grab onto making the windows difficult to open. Handles are available but must be requested!! They don't sell single hung windows. If your window is too small (25"), you can only get "crank out" casement windows. RBA's office seems to be disorganized, and getting follow through on things requires constantly contacting them. I was happy with everyone that worked for RBA that I came into contact with. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable American employees. (I was impressed enough that I contacted their sister company/roofing division (Universal Roofing and Construction) for a new roof estimate, but after the owner, Ken Mellick came for an initial estimate inspection they never followed though on contacting me with the actual estimate. Apparently the disorganization stretches to their sister company also.). I would recommend RBA and would hire them again, but you must maintain contact with them to keep yourself apprised as to the status of things.

They messed up the windows. I got 4 bottom windows. I don't know how they did this. But I got 4 windows that they had to replace. Somehow they got ordered wrong; I don't know how, but they did. They are real good. They are taking care of it. In fact, they are coming Tuesday, and they are going to take care of it and fix everything. To me, it shouldn't have happened in the first place. When the guy came in, I told him I wanted grids in the windows. Somehow the top windows got grids and for 3 of them the bottom windows have no grids. Then fourth one has grids, but the grids aren't right in the bottom of the window. They called me up right away, and were like what happened. Then they tried, of course, they tried to go "well you said you wanted something different." I am like I don't think so. So they go, "well ok." So they are standing behind it they are taking care of it. Whatever needs to be done, they are doing it. As long as they are doing that, I am happy. It is not one of those deals where they are going to come back months later or maybe they are not going to do it. They are standing behind it and they are doing it. The guy came in showed us the windows. I mean I liked everything until the grids weren't right. But, I mean their service has been good. They stand behind their product. They tell you ok this is what is going to happen.

Very smoothly. Our windows were installed by Greg and his crew. They were punctual and professional. They were adept at handling any quirks that arose - every renovation has some. I was particularly impressed that they cleaned up as they went along. When the job was complete, they checked and double-checked their work. Greg carefully explained how the windows opened and closed for cleaning, and told me where I could find online tutorials about the product. We definitely would have Greg and Andersen out again.
