He arrived late. Could not finish as had another appointment. He promised to return. We took him at his word, and paid him in full as he wished. In addition to not finishing, he missed area areas that need attention. He has lied to us on four separate occasions. He hung up on us, and will not take or return a phone call. Beware! Use a known, reputable company.

With years of stains on our carpet, we were pleasantly surprised that ReNew was able to make our carpet look like new again without breaking the bank.
