The job itself was done to perfection (for instance, bathroom tiles are squared up exactly, countertops are cut and installed well, etc.). He cleaned up immaculately every day and took extreme care with house owner belongings. For instance, when moving around the house, he made sure his tools and work were clear of property. He always made sure things were being done to my expectations. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use him again.

The overall result is better than we expected. Webster was the person responsible for our overall job and he was excellent. He was dedicated to making sure everything was done well and made sure things were repaired beyond the original estimate. Our home is 50 years old, so there were some repairs that were unforeseen. Both bathrooms were gutted and wood rot was found and replaced in the master bath. We love our new, larger master bathroom shower. Thanks to Shay for helping with picking out our tile and vanities. We would recommend their services.

I had a very good experience with them. It was a big process cause they took the bath tub out and the floors and the wall. Very professional job. They did an "A" plus job. They came out and gave us a date. Very courteous, on time, and did what they said what they were gonna do. I would recommend them.

Overall we were not impressed with the quality of the work. Our 3-4 week job took nine weeks to complete. Most of our job involved tile work which they were not good at. The first person they had working on the job was real slow and had difficulty with the vertical tiles on the shower wall. The replacement person was slightly better but the overall tile work is still not good. Some of the cut tiles were either cut using a dull blade or without a tile saw because the edges are chipped. The tiles are not all flush with each other on the vertical runs or even on the flat surfaces of the bathroom floor. The grout lines are not all the same spacing, especially where the tiles have been cut. The biggest issue we have with everything is the flooring of the shower. We have a pebble flooring and some of the pebbles have already popped out. In addition, the grout they used must have something wrong with it. The gray grout has turned an ugly orange/brown color that can't be cleaned, and where the water runs to the drain is causing troughs in the grout causing little river beds to form. When they left, the shower drain was not draining properly. I got my shop vacuum out and cleaned out the drain. They had left various junk down the drain from their job (pebbles from the shower floor, lots of little pieces of grout, and even a bottle cap off the sealant they put on). I believe they did a good job with the plumbing. We had a dual head shower converted to a single head shower with body jets that seems to be working well. We are happy with the vanity and granite top they installed (even though this is work they subcontracted). We did have to buy and install our own hardware for the vanity and the pegs for the shelving.

We told them we wanted to get our house on the market in under 2 months.
They said they were running 5 weeks out, but the job would only take a week. We said that timeframe was okay. We should have gotten it in writing!
8 weeks later, we were still not on the schedule.
After pestering both the salesman AND the owner of the company, things finally get moving. There was zero proactive communication to tell us when the job might be happening, or what's going on with other projects that is causing a delay.
They ask for 50% down, and then 25% after the demolition, and then the remainder after the job. I can understand why they do this. CYA seems to be how they operate. The focus is not on the customer or what the customer needs.
The work was between an A-/B+ after it finally got done. The quality was mostly there, but not considering the pricing.
We did the demolition, ahead of time, so it wasn't exactly a bargain on the work either. We took out the old shower, and we took the old tile off the wall.
