5 stars immediately. figured i’d give the smaller contractor a chance instead of going for the usual big company. i have to say it was 1000% worth it! first off, really friendly and personal phone staff. secondly, erik is very knowledgeable and was able to give me my estimate in a timely manner. lastly, the insulation work was done perfectly just in time for the cold season. thanks again!

We have been having issues with our closets icing over. We called quite a few places and going with Cozy Walls was a no brainer! Erik was so nice and personable, and really wanted to get to the root of our issues without an outrageous cost associated. Very happy with Erik and even happier with the workers that came out today to complete the work!

Zach, Justin and the Cozy Walls team were awesome to work with. During the 2-day foam insulation installation on our home, Zach explained everything in detail. After the first day, we noticed it was remarkably quieter and did not easily hear cars driving past, loud mufflers, barking dogs. We ended up not needing insulation in an area that was included on our invoice and our balance was adjusted accordingly. Thanks for the honesty! I can't wait to see the savings with our next energy bill.

Highly recommend and here is why: From the first phone call and meeting through project completion Erick and his team have been great! Clear communication, very informative, not pushy, instead very inquisitive. Erick wanted to know where my concerns were with the home so we could walk them and game plan the resolution. Had other companies come in and they never even asked why I was looking for this type of project. No project notes on the proposals, very cookie cutter. They would not supply samples of their product to review either. Not interested. Cozy Walls was the exact opposite! Erick earned my business from day one. He really wants to provide a better product, at a better price, installed correctly, that resolves homeowners issues. He and his team did just that for our family and our home. Zach and his install crew, best in class! Introduced themselves, walked me through the install process, invited me to observe their product and methods along side them while they installed. Treated our home with respect and flawless clean up at the end of the project. Office communication from Lydia was great as well. Clear, concise, and job scheduled quickly and completed on schedule! 10/10 - Confidently engage in projects with this locally owned business!!
