How did it go? Frankly - Not good. Please beware that the other 4 reviews are names that we recognize as friends/family of the owner or employees of this company. We contracted for a large project and were promised "master" craftsman with many years of experience. Most of the time this turns out to be men that are learning on the job with literally no experience other than the few minutes they have spent at someone else's home. Overall the quality has been extremely sub par. We are very politely told to our face that corrections will be made but once Zahid, the man in charge leaves he tells employees that corrections will not be made and he will try to wait you out by not sending workers or switching gears. Ultimately the issue is that he does NOT have skilled craftsmen able to do even a mediocre job with the exception of a plumber and designer. We have had friends and experienced tradesmen come to the job site and share their "disgust and pity" that the job is poorly done. We have settled for some hard fought acceptable remediation but are going to be in for a significant amount rework to make it truly acceptable. The home site has consistently been left disgusting. Smoking in the home (corrected), alcohol bottles found in the yard (corrected), food containers with rice that turns to maggots. New floors unprotected from foot traffic, grout and spackling. Friends and family have driven by to find our home has been left unlocked, doors and windows open over night on multiple occasions. We have been charged for attending physician rates for first year medical student quality. We did not need Leonardo Davinci quality, we would have been happy with family photo quality, we got Who Flung Dung! The only bright spot Jay's skill with the 3D software. I wish this were the end of the list but this saga is way to long to enter. Learn from our misfortune and keep looking.
