Just wow! I could not have hired a better crew. Our house looks amazing. They did such a great job at a reasonable cost, the neighbors hired them too. I can't say enough about these talented guys. They showed up on time, were very professional. They used Behr stain that is warrantied for 25 years. It looks gorgeous. <br> <br>I look forward to hiring this crew again for future projects. They went above and beyond all expectations. Highly recommend this company. <br>

I had the provider come to my Mom's house to put up a new ceiling fan in her bedroom and replace a mail box on May 10th. <br /> The associate came out replaced the mailbox and installed the new ceiling fan but as he was installing the fan he touched a live wire (he did not shut off the breaker for that room) and shorted out all of the plugs / electricity in the bedroom except 1 outlet and 2 lights in her bathroom. The associate could not figure out what was wrong so he left in the early evening and said he would return. May 11th he returned but still could not figure out how to restore the electricity so he said he had to go talk to someone else about it. He never returned. May 12th we could not get in touch with anyone from Rentaman until the evening and were told that someone would be out to try to fix the problem on the 13th. The provider came out and tried to fix the problem by changing some plugs and breakers. This did not restore the function so he told my Mom that he would have to come back later that day with someone else more knowledgeable. Later that day he called and said it was too late to bring the guy with him that they would return on Saturday, May 14th. The never returned and never called her to tell her they were not returning. When this first happened the provider told me that he would do whatever needed to be done to correct this problem caused by his worker. Friday he charged by mother $67 for the breakers and plugs he replaced. This should have NEVER happened and if I were there she would NOT have paid him. We hired an electrician to come in and he had to run new wires because the provider's associate burnt a wire when he arched the live wire installing the fan. A few days later she tried to use her AC unit and it would not come on. We called the AC repairman out and he said that there was no electricity to the AC unit. We called the electrician out and he found that the provider had knocked one of the wires off in the breaker. The electrician repaired the breaker and restored the AC unit. My mother is 68 years old and on oxygen. When she gets too hot or worked up about something she has a harder time breathing. They left her hanging and with no air circulation in her bedroom for days. She had to sleep on the couch. I had to move all of her breathing treatment machines to the kitchen so she could medicate herself. The provider did not stand behind his contractor's mistakes or his word to me to correct the problem. I absolutely would NEVER hire this provider again. I also feel that he should return the $67 he charged her for breakers and outlets as the electrician's fees came out of our pocket. We paid to correct his contractor's mistake. <br />

Wayne began pressure washing porch & went over & beyond by doing sidewalks & carport. His stain work is to perfection! He takes pride in his work & it shows! He is a very honest man!

He went over & beyond on the trim by doing more than I asked! He takes pride in his work, and always tries to satisfy his customers. Wayne is a perfectionist and he does an excellent job. Upon completion he asked that we walk around the house with him pointing out anything he may have overlooked. <br /> We purchased our paint and paid him in full when he finished. He is a very honest man!

Throughout the summer, we've had him come out and do our lawn bi-weekly. On the initial visit, he took the time to ask exactly how we wanted it done and has maintained the same quality of service over the whole summer. He is approachable, kind, understanding and has an excellent attention to detail. We are hiring him for a number of other services around the house and wouldn't choose anyone else! <br />

It worked out very well. He went above and beyond. He was only supposed to power was my porch but he also did the sidewalk and my carport for no additional fee. He takes excellent pride in his work.

The work has been done very well. He does a very good job, he goes above and beyond, when he’s done he walks around with you to show you his work and if there is anything wrong he asks me to point it out and he fixes it with no problem.

After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one. Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much. <br />

The service was great. Wayne was a perfectionist and was very detail oriented. He transformed the yard into a much nicer looking landscape. Actually, it made the house look like a newer house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of service.
