When you hire us then you entrusting us with the things that are important to you and were going to let you know that we understand that by the way that we perform. We are a blanket wrap and pad company and a full service provider. Rather it is packing/unpacking, pickup/delivery,simple labor or us providing you with a complete move we work hard to make sure that you appreciate making the choice of giving us the chance to work for you. Rent-A-Vet Warren and his team (Jaylen and Elijah) did an amazing job wrapping and preparing my furniture for moving. They were professional throughout the entire process. They arrived on time. Warren took time to explain paperwork for signature and began the move right away. He assured me my things would not be damage due to his attention to details and protection of my things would be treated as if they belong to him. He was right. Warren and his team worked as a cohesive team and the move was done without incident.

Everything was great. We hired Rent A Vet NC Movers to take items from our house and a few items from our rented storage to an apartment. We needed to remove items that our stager wanted out of the house, in order to list it for sale. The experience was extremely smooth. With short notice they squeezed us in to meet our deadline. The crew called a half hour before arrival to let us know they were en route, and they arrived right on time. They immediately sized up what needed to be moved and got to work, carefully protecting our furniture with padded quilts and tape, and everything arrived without damage. The crew of Dexter, Jerrod and Drew were very polite and courteous, experienced and hard working individuals who worked great as a team. They treated every item with extreme care. Once the items from our home were loaded onto the truck they met us at our rented storage facility to load our new compressed foam bed and its foundation onto the truck, then met us at the apartment. Everything was carried up to the second floor apartment with care and once finished they asked if we wanted anything relocated within. All of this was completed within two hours. Our next phases will be to have the remaining furniture moved from our house to a portable storage unit once the sale due diligence is completed. Then once we find our next home in South Carolina, we'll have everything from the apartment, storage unit and portable storage unit consolidated onto a truck, transported and unloaded/unpacked at our new residence. Clearly Rent A Vet NC Movers will be the first I turn to for an estimate on this and hopefully their price will be competitive. Rent A Vet NC Movers have a lot going for them which made our decision easy: they're local, flexible, experienced, punctual, careful, personable and price competitive.

This was terrible service. The morning of the move they called me to tell me they were going to be late by about an hour because someone called out. The supervisor/owner of the company showed up with 2 workers and he did hardly anything walking around a lot and would wrap an item in one room and go to another room to do something else. The other 2 workers were terrific. They took over the 4 hours and then threatened to keep our stuff on the truck if we didn't pay an extra 300.00. We ended up having to call the cops because they didn't want to do a payment over the phone and they didn't want a order money they just wanted cash. The cops were able to make a deal with them for us to give them 200 in a money order and put our stuff on the sidewalk and we had to bring our items inside.

A move in which you were scheduled for 2 men but we ended up sending 3 because the workers informed us that your things were not packed and ready as was expected and told to us. Our attempt to help you in your service was sending the supervisor. Based on the amount of things that you had not packed the move exceeded the 4 hour minimum. The 4 hour minimum did not mean no matter how much work you had we would only charge you 4 hours it means that even if it takes less then 4 hours you will still be charged 4 hours and if it exceeds 4 hours then you will pay for the additional hours. The cops were called because you refused to pay for the additional time beyond the 4 hours and your husband became very threatening to our team members. It’s sad to see that a year and a half later you decide to attempt to tarnish our business based on your own personal let downs and our attempts to complete your move in a satisfying manner. Well we still wish you the best and thank you for reminding us of that interesting night that we all learned from. Thank you and hope all is well."

They were awesome! They were able to fit me in with a days notice and willing to do this on a very small job, as well as negotiate the price. I found Darrell easy to work with, friendly, helpful, and reliable. Things went exactly as planned and as agreed to, which is what you would expect in hiring a company, but too often not what happens. His teenage son, was also very polite and a hard, motivated worker. I have several office moves coming up and I will definitely hire them again.

We had Rent a Vet do a short in-town move from a two bedroom apartment to a house. Dirul and his crew (3 people total) arrived fifteen minutes outside the initial window when they said they'd be there, but once they got to the apartment they worked quickly to wrap and protect all our furniture and to load it into the truck. I was impressed that made sure to cover every visible surface with protective blankets. The load in of the truck was handled efficiently and they made sure to secure our belongings so they wouldn't jostle during the drive. Once at the house they quickly unloaded the truck and were responsive to our requests regarding furniture placement.

The guys were AMAZING! They were on-time, professional and worked non-stop from start to finish. Nothing was broken, not even a scratch on the wall and there were a lot of awkward and very heavy items to be moved up & down stairs. The entire team (Timmy, Marqis and Matt) were great and had a great moving & loading method - that it seemed effortless. I would highly recommend them & use them again. Thanks guys!

It was a long process because they had to make 2 trips to the storage unit across town, but they did not stop until the job was finished. Everything arrived in one piece and they were very mindful of the hardwood floors and the freshly painted walls. Excellent service by Timmie, Travis, Jalen, and Tyler!!

Decided to use these guys based on reviews and a deal they were running on Angie's list - $368 for a 17-Foot Moving Truck and 2-Person Crew for 4 Hours. They arrived on time, were courteous and were able to move and unload everything in the 4 hr period without having to pay extra. Would certainly use again!

I had them load a moving truck for a long distance move. They were very professional and did a great job! I was very surprised they were able to get everything into the truck but they worked their magic. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Timmie and Quami showed up on time ready to go. They took great care wrapping our furniture and loading it into the truck. They were careful and organized, taking optimal use of the truck we had rented. Moved everything from our ground floor apartment, to our new home. They took our very heavy all wood furniture up to the second floor, with no damage to walls or ceilings. Whole thing start to finish took about 5.5 hours. We are very happy and would totally hire them again.

It turned out great. They did a great job; showed up on time, did what we asked them to do, and everything was cleaned up afterward. The cost was a little more because it took longer than the four hours that we contracted with. It was like an hour and a half or two hours more than we contracted with. We filled that 17' truck - packed it full. We talked about that up front; that wasn't a surprise. I was very happy with them. They were right on time and they called before they got here, which I asked because I have a German Shepherd that can be intimidating. What I did is, I laid out exactly what I wanted done in advance. I had a phone conversation with I guess the owner or the manager and told them this is - like, I laid out everything. I actually sent it to them in writing in an e-mail and when the guys came they were prepared for what I had asked to be done, and they did it. Planning is everything.
