From the phone call to set up your move date to the moment that your move is completed, professional courteous and respectful individuals handle your requests. Our team members are hand selected and trained to perform according to our expectations of service which places you, "the paying customer and their possessions", first. When you hire us then you entrusting us with the things that are important to you and were going to let you know that we understand that by the way that we perform. We are a blanket wrap and pad company and a full service provider. Rather it is packing/unpacking, pickup/delivery,simple labor or us providing you with a complete move we work hard to make sure that you appreciate making the choice of giving us the chance to work for you. "Mrs. [Member Name Removed] its a shame that Angie’s list doesn’t deeper inspect some of these reviews that are received. Yes ma’am our team did come out to perform your move. A move in which you were scheduled for 2 men but we ended up sending 3 because the workers informed us that your things were not packed and ready as was expected and told to us. Our attempt to help you in your service was sending the supervisor. Based on the amount of things that you had not packed the move exceeded the 4 hour minimum. The 4 hour minimum did not mean no matter how much work you had we would only charge you 4 hours it means that even if it takes less then 4 hours you will still be charged 4 hours and if it exceeds 4 hours then you will pay for the additional hours. The cops were called because you refused to pay for the additional time beyond the 4 hours and your husband became very threatening to our team members. It’s sad to see that a year and a half later you decide to attempt to tarnish our business based on your own personal let downs and our attempts to complete your move in a satisfying manner. Well we still wish you the best and thank you for reminding us of that interesting night that we all learned from. Thank you and hope all is well."
