"I will start by saying, I never abandoned you or the job. I haven’t been in town like I told you, I had to go to GA. Some of my things are there plus I have your key that I assume I would turn in when I was done. From the beginning of the job, you have changed the things several times that you want done. You have changed things after I started them the way you originally told me you wanted them & then you only expected to pay for what you changed it to not what work had already been done. You haven’t paid me even what you owe me to this point. You paid me around $800, which I have spent half of it already on materials for your house. I gave you 1 receipt already for some and I have 2 more to still give you for lumber that I basically reframed the back of your house with. So no, I absolutely did not take off after you paid me because you still owe me money and have made excuse saying you didn’t have the money several times. I’ve told you I have to do other jobs to make money to live since you haven’t been able to pay. I have used hundreds of dollars of my own material at your house trying to help & get more done until you could get money for more materials. I have spent at least 2 weeks at your house. After paying for materials & gas, I’ve really made nothing, I’ve lost money to help you and missed other jobs trying to get what you wanted done. Also, after seeing the city pull up to your house several times after you insisted I do jobs that you know I am not licensed to do, I felt I needed to go get the proper license and pull the proper permits that you didn’t want to get before risking breaking the law. If this is really the review you want to leave and your admission to guilt, leave it, and I’ll turn it over to the city with your keys as well as with the recording I did of our verbal agreement. Plus the neighbors pictures they were taking last day I was there. Plus it would help to have a phone # to contact instead of an email that I don’t get to check regularly. I have recordings & emails for proof of it"
