Terrible, very unprofessional.

Really easy process. He was flexible because I wanted to work done prior to my moving in. He have a good estimate and finished the work on time. Great job.

Amazing. Jeremy was a lifesaver. My only regret is that it took me several months to log into Angie's list to write him the review he deserves. We live in Arizona and only had 1 month to spend in MA getting our house ready to put on the market. My husband planned to install new baseboards throughout the house, in addition to a long list of things we needed to improve or repair. Everything took way too long, and we realized we needed a massive amount of help finishing the baseboards and other items on time. Jeremy and his coworker (Adam I think?) came in and worked hard finishing the baseboards which was a lot of work. I ended up having Jeremy build this awesome fireplace mantel too that my husband was planning on doing, but we realized Jeremy would do a better job. I gave him a picture of a fireplace mantel we found online and he built it. He did tons of other stuff as well. We had a clock ticking to have the house ready for the open house, and he worked tirelessly, even coming one evening and working until around midnight on a day when another job prevented him from making it during the day. I cannot recommend him enough. When we initially arrived at our house at the start of our 1 month stay, we hired another handyman from Angie's list that we were so unhappy with. He was lazy, argumentative, and his work was horrible quality. He charged us $50/hour. We decided not to give him any more work after the first few days. Jeremy was the absolute opposite. High quality work, great attitude, helpful, great ideas, and all for the same price of $50/hour. He was truly amazing. I included before and after pictures of the fireplace, as well as before and after pictures of one section of baseboards in the basement that he did.

Most of it was excellent. In the very few cases where there were problems with the work, Jeremy or one of his workers fixed them.

Jeremy is very handy and can repair almost anything. Painting wasn't the neatest, however, I figured this in light of the wide variety of services offered. My only issue was the failure to complete the job on time. I think they may have taken on this job thinking they could finish after other jobs as the property was empty.

Jeremey did a terrific job on our two-car attached garage, which had both structural and cosmetic issues. He is incredibly conscientious. There was a lot of scope creep with this job because we kept finding things that were wrong or needed doing. One of the things I like the best about Jeremy was that he was able to roll with the changes without issue, and he had no trouble with my hanging around, and pitching in, which I enjoyed. To be sure, Jeremy did all the hard work, but at times it felt like we were working together and he was able to handle that without issue. We conferred every day of the job and made adjustments to what work would be done on the fly. The end result was Jeremy took care of a lot of things that neither of us had anticipated going into the project. I helped out by supplying some materials and the paint. Make no mistake: my involvement was my doing, not Jeremy's. I'm sure that is not his usual way of working. In addition to the carpentry and handyman skills, Jeremy is a great painter. It's sort of rare to find someone who does both of those things well. When Jeremy left everything was clean, completely finished, the last paint was drying and I was completely satisfied with the work.

His contractors did a good job on the painting, repairing all the broken/rotted sidings prior. <br /> Very open to discussions/comments on which parts need touch-up, etc. <br /> The only slight downside is they seem to be very busy and would sometime take a while to get back for follow-on touch-ups. <br /> So, it would be good if you go over everything when they're done before they leave so that you could ask them to correct on the spot. <br /> This is my 2nd job getting them. First job is interior painting. <br /> They also did a very good job then. <br /> <br /> <br />

I called several people before calling Jeremy. Either they were busy or not returned my calls. Jeremy was prompt to return my call. Send his team promptly for free estimation. His team did a good of correctly assessing the repair work taking note of every detail. They wouldn't hesitate to climb the roof if needed to have a close look at the spot to be repaired. His quote was reasonable. The work was done as explained to me during the assessment. His team was nice and friendly. I am quite satisfied with Jeremy and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or to refer to anyone. <br />

I was very pleased with the service performed by Jeremey  and team. They had to paint the whole interior of the house in a short period and they did an excellent job. We also worked on a price that was economical and meets my budget.The team was very understanding as to what need to be done and they did a quality job in a timely manner. I would hire them for any future projects and they are very handy for other handyman projects around the house as well. <br />

The quality of the work was fine. Scheduling with ReNu was impossible. The workers would miss dates and were routinely late. There was no communication between visits, so the workers weren't prepared with all their materials when they arrived. Work was promised at the beginning that turned out not to be done. Very disappointed. <br />

Jeremey Is amazing.  I can't say enough about how great he was to work for us.  He built us a closet in our kitchen quickly at a very fair price and some other work around the house like installing windows.  We've had no problems with any of the work and they showed up on time and worked hard.   <br /> Jeremey is notably fair and honest.  The prices were completely reasonable and exactly what he had quoted.  I would absolutely say hire Jeremey Vanni for handyman work like we did.  We had a fantastic experience working with him both with the work done, the price and the communication. <br />

They did a good job of replacing the framing around the garage.  The job was too small for big siding companies, but Jeremy replaced the framing for a fraction of what Mr Handyman quoted me.  We had some miscommunication about what was meant to be done and for how much, but in the end he did the full job for what I was originally quoted.  For that reason, and the quality of work, I'd definitely rate them at the top of the 6 or so contractors I've worked with. <br />

Work was done well and looks good. It took an excessively long time to complete the job due to misordering and unforeseen injuries to contractor. Overall pleased with the work.

Jeremy was great to work with. Very professional and friendly. Even fixed a small problem that a previous contractor had left. Was easily available by hone, text and email. <br />

Jeremey at Renu is a solid and talented professional who takes his work seriously and does a fantastic job - I recommend him without hesitation.
