Sometimes you find a contractor that is a professional but rarely can you call them a friend once the job is completed. Gary is that. He’s patient, listens and delivers on the project game plan. I hesitated to write this post because I don’t want him to get too busy lol but it’s best to share when you find a great contractor so others may benefit so here you go. Call Gary, but an allocate more than 10 minutes on the phone lol. And that’s a good thing. Pictures to follow.

These guys got the work done in a single long day, which was impressive. It was well done and the owner was very responsive. Really appreciated having a pro for playground equipment install that was a Class A contractor with all the insurance and licenses I was looking for.

Gary Golman and his team did an excellent job in transforming our 1957 retro bathroom in to our beautiful, new, and modern bathroom today. Especially dealing with plumbing issues & replacement, Gary's team were very knowledgeable & professional.

This is the second big project we've done with REO Service Pro. They finished our basement a few years ago. Both projects were done with quality and professionalism. Gary is very easy to work with. He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity. Most contractors are okay with mediocre work to save time and effort. As a result, the end product was great. In terms of cost, they may not be your cheapest bid but they won't be your most expensive either. The investment is worth it. I highly recommend REO Service Pro.

Everything went great! Maximo even came up with some extra storage that we hadn't thought of that really made the project a lot better.

He provided clear, descriptive quotes for various door options, and helped us to understand the real differences and implications between the options. He was understanding when we decided to purchase the materials ourselves (we wanted to use some gift cards/credit with a big box store). Michael performed the work, and was on time, friendly and efficient. He helped unload material (even though they did not source it), and did quality work. We are very happy with the work that REO ServicePro did, and with all our interactions with them. Good company!

I wanted to upgrade my Master bath and boy did I ever! I had Gary and his crew at REO-SERVICEPRO gut my standard bathroom to a dual shower, steam sauna and spa! They put in new tile and added body sprays, heated floor, and towel warmer. It was my dream bathroom and REO-SERVICEPRO made it a reality. Excellent. Gary and his team found the cause of the noise and were able to fix the split framing by going via the attic versus removing the drywall. The cost of the repair was $350 versus thousands as originally estimated. Gary is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about making the customer happy. We hired Reo-Servicepro previously and will continue to hire them in the future. Highly recommend.

After contacting (with pictures) Gary at REO-Servicepro, he immediately responded. He sent Jose out to look at the front porch portico and when he realized it was a hazard, put his crew on it pronto. The crew were professional, took care to pick up daily and completed the work in a few days. REA Services are Excellent. They performed the work next day! Which is amazing since all I heard from Alward was "there is a shortage of carpenters". REO did the assembly and install within 2 hours. They were very professional and paid attention to detail during the install to make sure the pantry was a perfect addition to our kitchen and I saved over $600.

Project went very well. Five aspects of REO-ServicePro were noteworthy: 1. Their willingness to involve me throughout the process, from planning through execution. 2. Their work ethic. They stuck to the project through some brutally hot days. 3. Their attention to detail. The crew spent time and effort to work on details that no one would notice, but which better enable the siding and trim to withstand years of weathering. 4. Their creativity and flexibility in resolving issues that emerged during the project. 5. Their integrity. Our house was open to the REO-ServiePro crew for a month. Not once during that time did my wife or I worry about the contents of our house or the welfare of our pets.

I could not have asked for better service or better results. Installing the required electrical power, lighting, speakers, and A/V signals required significant planning and work in finished areas of my home. In the end, the result was clean and showed care and attention to detail in both the design and implementation stages. All of the runs for power, speakers, Internet, and A/V signals work as I wanted. The installed lighting and dimmer has significantly improved visibility in my dining area. And despite the numerous cuts to the drywall that was needed during the project, one cannot tell today that the drywall had ever been cut open. In addition, I was treated professionally during the entire project and all the questions I had were answered promptly. I wholeheartedly recommend REO, and I plan to hire them again for future work at my home.
