From the beginning of the service to the end of the service, to include the text messages,Jordan was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and showed me what the problem was. Jordan was quick and efficient. I would definitely use his services again if needed. Jordan ensured that everything was back in his proper place, and he cleaned up behind himself. Jorden is the man! He runs his company with professionalism and pride that you just don’t find anywhere. I think I was lucky to find him and he repaired our new but out of warranty Viking appliance for under 500.00 including parts! He worked hard, as he was here for 2.5 hours just to defrost, clean and make the repairs. You just can’t do better!
