Hired to epoxy garage floor. He did not mix the epoxy correctly. It never dried. He promised to come back and fix it, but he never did. Now he does not answer his phone or texts. Hired new contr. to remove sticky mess and repair floor.

Joe did a phenomenal job. I seen the one star review on here , and that guy james ripped , joe off and joe still came back and finished the job even though he did a twenty thousand dollar job for eighty five hundred dollars. Joe did a dock , a tub and a shower and was not receiving the payments that were due. Plus the customer was acting very inappropriate during that whole job. He also rushed joe because he had to move that following monday. Put, Joe still showed up and finished the job, Despite of being paid what was agreed. But when Joe is paid, right, he does amazing work. And when customers trying to rip him off, he rushes through them, but\n This job had such bad energy. I could only imagine trying to work through the problems he had to deal with..

Warning do not hire republican home remodeling by Joe in Cape Coral Did horrible tile job, chipped tile everywhere, uneven tile, on grouted tile, unsealed grout. Joe left unfinished. should have fired after first day.

Republican Home Remodeling is restoring my home after damage caused by hurricane Ian. Joe has worked with me to provide results that are aesthetically pleasing and within budget. I had an entire bathroom including shower and cabinets redone. Also had tile redone throughout the house. And also had a cabinet built in an extra space in the living room.

I had Republican Home Repair come to my home and do some work on my lanai pool cage, and all I have to say is after hurricane Ian my cage is still standings. Service was punctual, professional and done right. I would recommend you use his services for any home projects.

Joe and Mike came to my property on November 4th and installed showers and 1300 square feet of vinyl flooring in my home and I was very happy with the job they did. However I was quoted $13,800 and the job ended up being $14,520 but there was an additional work that was done so I can't blame them for that but other estimates I received were much higher from the start. They were also very patient with me and took the time to go over all the details and provided me with a lot of options. And although Lowe's had some issues with the material they still accommodated the situation and worked with me every step of the way. Joe does talk a lot but that ended up working out in the end because everything I wanted they did and made sure the job came out exactly how I wanted. I really like them from the start because they showed up on time and maintained communication with me. Also I really like the name of their company which is what got my attention to their company in the first place. But I couldn't be happier with them. My showers came out great and so did my flooring. And yes I would recommend hiring them for future projects.

It was originally quoted at $13,800 but there was a few additional things that needed to be done. They were always on time very attentive to my text messages and phone calls. Joe does talk a little bit too much but in the end that worked out because everything was done exactly the way I wanted. He was very patient with the issues we had waiting on some materials from Lowe's but however still got the job done on time for our moving trucks that came November 30th. My husband and I were very happy with the way things went and I would definitely use his service in the future. We also love the name Republican remodeling because we are a Republican family. Trump 2024.

We hired Mr Ganzel and his team 10 days after Hurricane Ian to repair extensive water damage to our home. Within 2 days, he and his team came to our home, assessed the damage, gave us a work timeline and gave a cost quote. Throughout the time required for repairs, Mr Ganzel and his team were never late or “ no show” and, as promised, had us back in our home by Thanksgiving.

Joe and mike gave me exactly what I envisioned.. They paid attention to detail, And we're on time everyday.. They completed both of my showers in eight working days, And were attentive to my vision throughout the whole process.. They were a little pricey, But after seeing the overall project I understood why and was completely satisfied with the Outcome.. They cleaned up after themselves daily, And joe even gave me his contractor discount number to help me save money on my tile and materials.. If anybody is looking to have their bathrooms remodeled, they are definitely qualified for the job..

Mr. Ganzel left my job to go work on another job and let the grout dry ALL OVER the tile, He sprayed wall paint all over the trim, removed the outlet covers but sprayed paint over the outlets and light switches, Installed kitchen cabinets partially covering outlet for dishwasher to plug in, when installing drywall he cut the outlet covers so large he used drywall compound to try to fill in hole, he painted the ceiling but did not cut in a good 3 inches..... He charged personal items on my credit card at Home Depot ( I approved this charge IF HE WOULD PROVIDE THE RECEIPT HE CLAIMS HE LOST THE RECEIPT!!) When the tile is wet you cant tell the grout is all over it, when it dries it is obvious! He wanted final payment because it was 2 days before Christmas and he needed to pay his men so they could buy presents for there kids. He promised he would return to complete everything to my 100% satisfaction. When he finally returned my text this was his response and I quote ..."F**** off " "If my work wasn't satisfactory you would not have paid the final payment" His contract claims a 100% satisfaction warranty for 1 year on labor which is everything He does honor his contract!! He is not professional and talks so much you can not really see what is being done.
