From me. Do NOT HIRE!! DO NOT HIRE! Hi Brian, , I was wondering if you can checkout the fans and lights in 3 bathrooms fans and lights in 3 bathrooms fans and lights in 3 bathrooms need to be replaced. I have new lights for two of the baths. Hurricane took down my two story rain pipe. It is bent. There are salvageable parts, but I will have 30 days to fix them. You were not prepared for working on Monday. You came over to get $900 from me on top of what you overcharged me. That is criminal. Then you said you would not be back until Friday, which you never said to me. Look, bitch and moan all you want about me. The bottom line is, get it finished and out. I have no desire to start a social media campaign on how unethical this transaction has been. It was a transaction whether you like me or not. Please tell me you will come over, and finished the work. Otherwise, it is a total scam. What is your answer? Yeah, I do not care about your feelings just as you did not care about taking money for anything. We have to resolve this.

"I removed a vanity sink combo and plumbing for that, I removed a toilet, I remove flooring, I then installed new flooring and a new base and new corner round, installed a light and a fan, installed the vanity sink combo and plumbing and installed toilet with a new ring I have tried to say 5 times now that I would patch the 2 ceiling fan drywall and install the light in the lower bathroom. At this point, I can no longer work for you. You have displayed a roller-coaster of emotions, and lies. I installed what you BOUGHT while I was with you. You need to calm down and see I did not do you wrong you are just blaming someone for your actions. I did not ask for."

I would give a higher rating but he gave me the time of the installation. When I called after 40 minutes past the time he gave, he told me that it was a Saturday. Still not sure what that meant but it equals being about 90 minutes late. Work looks really good and he worked with me on the situation I was in. So if you are flexible on time, call him.
