Sergio and Nadia were WONDERFUL. Nadia scheduled promptly, Sergio arrived on time and did an EXCELLENT job. They were polite and respectful to my guests and me (horrible timing on my part, to host a meeting at the same time!!!). The job was finished in a timely fashion and they left no mess whatsoever. I wish I had done this sooner - I literally sat down in the middle of my kitchen floor and just smiled!

The gentleman called when he was about 15 minutes away. He cleaned the carpet and removed all stains. My kids blocked the bathroom sink why running water which drained into the hallway carpet. The gentleman did a great job in sucking all that water. After finishing cleaning he helped fix my vacuum cleaner which I was about to discard because it was not functioning properly. Very good family owned company. I will always use them until they choose to retire.

They were prompt and efficient. I really didn't need to give them any direction on what needed to be done. They immediately started moving furniture and cleaning the carpet. They were extremely professional and understood we had a business to run and worked quickly but efficiently. They were also affordable as this flooding was without a doubt the worst we've had. I will definitely have them saved in our contacts and will continue to do business.
