"[member name removed] Thank you for your feedback, I do know the items you had spoke with me about and I recall 1 as of now and the rains have held things up from outdoor work considerably but that is the only excuse I have for you As far as items done poorly maybe a conversation with me would have been a start so we can come by and address any you have., As far as reminding me of several items through the process I had explained as well that you did not need to as I was well aware what needed to be done through the building phase, and I as the GC. put things in the order as needed. Also as I explained when we meet that the time line is estimated but not in stone as jobs sometimes do get finished sooner as well as later than estimated. "{Member's name removed} Thank you for the response/review on Angies list!, As feedback is always help full in my line of business and Customer feedback is critical to continued success, The promotion that Angies List had offered to their Clients was a $59.00 charge which in turn gave the Client as specified in the print offered as follows: 1) "measurements and hand drawn to-scale drawings"of work area, And I did in fact offer and leave that with you... and as I mentioned that is 1/4 inch = 1 foot. Also I also mentioned the original stays with me for my records,.So not a quick sketch, as it is to scale and does take some time. 2)In the additional print it is mentioned that the "Deal does Not Include Architectural drawings,but can be provided at additional cost! Please keep in mind pricing of any job is really hard to grade, As one contractors price may be more or less than the next, Is really how each contractor views the scope of work to be provided... along with the level of materials to be used., As well as the quality of workmanship that is offered... which does in fact all vary from contractor to contractor. "I was very surprised to see the negative review from [Member Name Removed], I did perform a roof maintenance at his home and found the overall roof condition to be in excellent condition as was the entire property. The property is obviously meticulously maintained and certainly [Member Name Removed] spends endless amounts of time to keep it perfect!, And as he should be, is very proud and would make any neighbor happy to have him near. I have reached out to [Member Name Removed] once I had read his rating on my Company to find out why he was not satisfied with my service and he had explained to me that ,He had felt that myself (as I am on all roof deals) and my employee who was on the roof did not spend enough time at his house for the 99$ program...I have explained to [Member Name Removed] as I had while we spoke in his driveway that his roof is near new condition, will certainly last at least another 20 years and we really could not find any issues anywhere or with anything that should be of a concern. I also had a discussion about his gutter system which again was perfect,also answered a question he had about the hidden fastner installation which my company also uses, and had explained that the gutters have been installed with great attention to detail., Again no issue at all with those as was the case with his roof!. [Member Name Removed] was a very polite and social gentleman with myself and my employee and before we had left I personally Asked him if there were any concerns that he had, and as it was explained to me that he likes to "keep up" on things and thought it was a good idea to have the inspection, for the sake of preventative maintenance. I followed up with [Member Name Removed] by phone once I had read his review, at that time was told that the issue of the short amount of time, which I have logged at 45 minutes was less than he had expected. After explaining again that we could not find anything of issue, also the excellent condition of his roof system did not warrant additional time as we could not find anything if we wanted to. I had also reminded him that we did address some caulking or tube tar at roof penetrations as it would be only minor maintenance if anything at all. I offered [Member Name Removed] another visit,at his convenience to reinspect and offered time as he sees fit. He then asked that I did not do that as he was not interested.
