Chris was very personable, positive, and up-beat. The original response on Angie's list was prompt. He arrived in a timely manor, listened to and evaluated my needs, and gave a verbal & text estimate.Life happened for Chris & there were some communication glitches but we finally settled on a date & time and Chris and his coworker arrived shortly after his agreed upon appointment time to begin the job. They worked very hard with only one short break, needing only slight reminders about closets, and finished the job (950 sf of floor) between 9:15 am to 5:15 pm. A job well done in a reasonable time & for a reasonable rate!
