Hired Jorge to replace a board on our deck, stain two boards, and powerwash our fence. Mixed results, honestly. Things started off great -- he got the new board installed and powerwashed half of the fence, but he hasn't returned messages for a month and a half about when the staining will occur and when he will powerwash the rest of the fence (the powerwashing was paid for when that was started). Probably would not hire again given the communication issues and lack of completion of the job.

Carlos was wonderful. He gave me a better price than others, and did more work. He repaired a door I had been told needed to be replaced and put 2 screws in a door handle I had been told needed to be replaced. Both work perfectly. He did all my projects perfectly and without me asking, he even bought paint to match a small area of wall. He left everything very clean.

Carlos Paniagua gave me an estimate of $700.00 to perform the tasks listed above. I thought this estimate was more than we expected, but the work had to be done. Two men arrived as scheduled. Rather than paint the (2) rooms, the repaired the flaws in the drywall using paint I had leftover from a previous project. We also supplied the caulk for the bathrooms, but after they left we noticed that the work was incomplete. They did repair the electrical outlets. Even though the $700.00 cost was excessive, we would not have mind as much if the work was done properly.

He called me the same day and came out within a couple days. I will most likely be calling him out for other projects.

Not well. I hired Carlos of Cadel Construction, LLC, to do some work in my home on September 21st. Items that needed repair/replacement are listed below: 1. Repair and paint crack in the ceiling---work was not done properly. He did not sand the area of the ceiling that he worked on before he painted it and it looks as if it’s coming apart. He told me that it would look better after it’s dry. It looks the same. 2. Replace two fire alarms with updated fire alarms—one alarm won’t stop beeping and after he was finished, the ceiling fan stopped working. 3. Replace the weather seal on one side of my front door—the new seal that he installed is protruding from the front side of the door and I can’t lock my door I paid Carlos in cash because that's his preferred method of payment. He was supposed to go to his car and bring back my receipt, he never returned, he left. That was my mistake, I should not have trusted him to return with my receipt. I called Carlos and asked him to come back and fix the work on the door and ceiling, he said that he would, but never returned. Now he won't answer my call. I am a senior citizen. I can’t believe he did that to me.

Alejandro was excellent! He was professional, friendly, patient. Walked us through all of the details around how to program and reprogram the lock and told us to text him if we had any questions or issues. I couldn't be happier with the service!
