Went great! Was in and quickly did the work. Let me know of possible issue with faucet set up and recommended fixes and pricing for each one. No pressure to try and expand job, just the facts and I loved that. Excellent job!

I have used him for many years. I just had a short deadline to have all my facia boards that needed replace prior to having my new cage installed. I contacted him and he was out with his busy schedule and got it done. I had a lot of rotten wood. He replaced all rotten 2x4’s and made sure that everything was good to go for it to support my new pool cage. All seams between the boards were sealed. Highly recommend him for your next job

The outlet is nonfunctional

He did a fine job. I had other tasks that needed to be done, but my schedule got in the way, so this was the extent of the work he did for me at the time.

Great, he was very flexible when it came to scheduling. He even came out once to assess the situation and came back to make it happen. He was very professional, courteous and friendly and I would highly recommend him.

Very pleased with the work. Only problem was that getting it scheduled was somewhat of a problem however, it all worked out and the quality of his work was excellent.

I have used Resident Maintenance Services in the past.  It turned out great.  They were here four months ago in November of 2016.  There was one worker who came out to do the work.  It took two hours to complete the work.  They left the area excellent.  They did everything well. 

Don't know. I never used the coupon. Too many missed appointments.

One circumstance, and I was very satisfied and the price was great. Yes, I would use Resident Maintenance Services' service again. Everything was okay.

Although a little challenging to confirm the time/date of service, he was on time and did a good job.

I purchased the 2 hours of electrical work for $99 back in September. What I did not know when I purchased was that this is a “one man” company. Had I known that I would not have purchased the deal. I tried repeatedly to schedule an appointment, but was always told, that I was in “Tampa” and it was hard to get here because he was in Spring Hill so he would give me a call when he was in the area. Finally settled on two different dates, but he never confirmed either, just called and said, I will be there in 30 minutes. I explained that since he had not confirmed the appointment date, nor the time, I did not have all the “parts” that I needed to have him complete one of the jobs. He said he would come by “now” which was 3:30 p.m. and he would do what he could and then come back and finish. OK, so I will admit that should have been when I said "no" and requested my money back, hindsight is always 20/20. He was here for 1 hour, completed 2 (replaced a light switch and 2 exterior lights) out of the 4 jobs and said he would be back to finish. That was 7 weeks ago, I have called and texted to find out when he would be back to finish – no response. Unless he comes back to finish, I only received 1 hour of electrical work for my $99. A for quality because he did complete 2 jobs with no problem. D for professionalism, while I had no issue with him personally, he is running a business and should complete the service and respond to inquiries about finishing. F in price would be due to only receiving 1 out of the 2 hours I purchased. Responsiveness and Punctuality are both Fs due to reasons stated above with regard to the inability to schedule an appointment (asked before he left if I could schedule for January or February to get it finished and was told he would "get back with me.")

It turned out very well, very good. The man was very knowledgeable. He wasn't very happy though, he came from Palm Harbor which is really far from where I live. He had to come a long distance. Other than that, everything went very well. I paid more than the $99 big deal price. He said that that they goofed when they put that $99 in because I also had to pay for the back that was part of the outlet. I paid about $23 extra. I would have graded him an A apart from the fact that he complained. He did a very good job and he was very quick. That was a very good price. I am not very sure what it would have cost me if I had gotten it done outright. I think it would have been like $150 or something like that. The price was very good. I gave them a b for price, $99 would have been perfect. For responsiveness, I had to call him a couple of times because I thought that he had forgotten about me. He was very punctual when he said he would be here. For professionalism, I gave a b because he complained a lot. I wouldn't use them again because the poor guy drove all the way from Palm Harbor and I lived in Seminal. I couldn't do that to him,  don't think he would want to come out here again. The work was completed in no time at all. He was very fast. I gave him a B overall because he complained so much the whole time. Putting the outlet was done very well, it was good.

Granville was prompt, friendly, and skilled. The work took a bit more than two hours, but he didn't rush. When I later had a question about part of the installation, he came right back over and made a change (something I should have caught before he left the first time). In all, a very pleasant interaction.
