Resolution Pest

Over the winter I had a problem with mouse intrusion in my home. I engaged Resolution Pest and they sent a very helpful technician to my home, who placed bait. I subsequently removed anything that might entice the mice, and the problem seemed to be taken care of. Technician returned about a month later to check bait. No more action required and he recommended a spring visit to spray for insects as I had expressed interest in regular pest control. Technician was incredibly helpful and a nice guy. My problem with Resolution Pest is in dealing with their office. It's impossible to reach. When they don't answer, which is most of the time, you have an option of leaving a voice messages. I have done this on numerous occasions, both last winter and several weeks ago when I wanted to schedule. Problem is they don't recall the call. Ever. And if you try to reach them by selecting "new customer" on the phone tree, you get a third party answering service that claims to be part of Resolution Pest but they know NOTHING about the company. It's sketchy. And today, I was scheduled for an appointment with a 2 hour window. It's now an hour past the window and not a peep from the technician. I'm guessing it's the scheduler's fault and not the technician's. I called to find out what's going on and guess what? I got the voice mail. So I tried the chat support on the web site and supposedly they are asking someone to call me. But you know what? It's a shame, but I'm done with Resolution Pest. What good is a service provider you can't actually make contact with reliably? A+ to the technician for the past service F to the administrative office/dispatch for inability to service customers

Always a helpful experience when Resolution Pest comes to my home. They work very hard in maintaining quality service.

VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE. NO REOCCURIN ISSUES

I used them last year for a series of five treatment during the summer. It did a very good job controlling the mosquitoes. I hired them this year and gave them my credit card. They told me they would start treatments in a couple of days. they never showed up I was never able to reach a person directly so I left numerous messages. Never heard back. I heard they may have closed down their operation. A shame, they did a nice job.

I REALLY hate leaving negative reviews, but I've given these guys multiple chances to prove me wrong--I really wanted to proven wrong. They do not communicate with you, they are slow to respond when they do (if ever), they show up on your property unannounced and never explain when they're coming or how far you are along with your treatments.

it was good however due to my neighbors not having proper drainage the success of the spraying was limited. If we did not spray it would have been 100 times worse. But the areas sprayed held up well especially since it was a wet summer. I am going to use them again next year.

The service was great, they were easy to schedule with, very punctual.

They spray for mosquito control every year (monthly over five months) and that typically works well although last year it wasn't quite as effective. I had them spray for ants twice and it didn't work at all ($99).

We talked to three companies including Resolution Pest to address our issue with carpenter bees. Resolution Pest was the only company willing to come to our property and take a look and provide an estimate. One company wanted almost double the amount of the service we received without even coming out. John was professional and courteous and did fast and excellent work. I would highly recommend Resolution Pest for your pest control needs and should the need arise, we will be calling them again!

Never came back to check if everything looked good

I bought a coupon from Angie’s List for a one time treatment, since we obviously had mice. Although it took a few calls to get someone to make the appointment, we got one. It was a great experience. Joe arrived within the appointment period, inspected our entire property for mice, and made his recommendations for what to do. He climbed up the ladder to the attic and set out traps, scooted into our crawlspace and set out more. He made the brilliant suggestion that our condo hire them to put traps out on the perimeter of the buildings, to prevent mice entering. I am still waiting for the promised estimate for that service.

OK. fewer pests

Have used Resolution on two occasions for pesky ants, which only seem to show up in the spring time. Both times, the job was done well and the representative was very courteous and professional.

Resolution Pest was very good. I spoke to the owner on the phone. He told me what to expect and then the cost of a treatment plan if it was necessary. An employee came to the house on the designated day. He did not come during the allotted window of time, he came much later in the day. But, he did arrive. He assessed the house, looked at the perimeter and the deck. He did not see any evidence of carpenter ants entering the house. However as a precaution, he treated the baseboards in the basement and the main level. He also found spiders in dark damp areas of the home. He commented that spiders are indicative of other insects. Then he treated those areas for insects. He was helpful and appeared forthright. He did not encourage starting a treatment plan. But rather, did the one treatment and made his other suggestions. Overall, it went well and the treatment has been effective.

Went well. Mosquito population definitely went down.

It worked out excellent. They were courteous and I will definitely use them again.

Ants are gone.

Almost a month out and I've only seen 3 ants. I would deem that a success!
