Responsive Roofing has been great. I had a leak in my roof that caused damage to my drywall. Ron came out and fiquired out the problem and fixed it in no time. Thanks.

He installed gutter guards on the house, also cleaned the gutter of debris. Did great work and left no mess.

He did exactly what he said he would do, on time and on schedule. Even though he wasn't the lowest bidder on the project, we felt his price was fair for the excellent quality of work and materials he provided. Responsive Roofing was recommended to us by our son who had extensive work done to his house. We live over 50 miles from Dekalb, but they traveled the distance. Ron Hilliard, owner, was on-site overseeing the roof work and did the siding work himself. It has been 2 weeks now since the project was completed and we have gotten a lot of rain. Everything is nice and dry and it looks great, too! We would definitely recommend Responsive Roofing.

I'd highly recommend Responsive Roofing if you're in need of a roofer. They are professional, reliable and very efficient. They put my roof on in one day in over 90 degree weather and removed all leftover debris, which left me with absolutely no clean up work. Ron dealt with my insurance company directly and was even able to get them to cover things that I wasn't aware of. Ron proved to be very trustworthy by keeping his word and keeping me informed throughout the entire process.

Ron met with us before the project and carefully reviewed with us what we wanted done. He answered all our questions and spelled out exactly what products he would use and what preparations we needed to make. He phoned us to let us know the start date and time, and clarified anything we had questions about. The crew arrived promptly every morning and worked hard until evening. They were courteous and friendly and were careful to clean up the site, inside and outside our home. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Our friends and neighbors have commented on how great the house looks. Ron stopped by several times during and after the work to make sure we were satisfied with how it was going. <br />

This provider lives up to their name, Responsive Roofing. They provided an estimate for the work the day that I called to inquire. They then did my roof for me within 3 days of my deciding to go through with the project. The workers were extremely polite, quick, and efficient. It took them one day to provide me with a new roof and it looks great! <br /> You are in good hands with Responsive Roofing. <br />

After purchasing an older home a year ago, I knew that the roof needed to be replaced. Since last year's winter made the old roof even worse, I called Responsive Roofing for a quote. The owner came by to take a look at the roof. I heard back from him quickly with the quote. I told him i'd like to set up a date for installation, and he came by that same day with samples of the different shingle styles and colors. <br /> <br />The crew was very quick tearing off the old roof, inspected the plywood to make sure it was in good shape, and then installed my new roof. They were very professional, and did a great job. They cleaned up the debris, and if you didnt know I had a new roof, you would never know they were there. They were respectful of my neighbors and were very careful not to damage the plantings around the house. They even cleaned the skylights I have in my roof. <br /> <br />I highly recommend Responsive Roofing!!
