Great! Showed up at agreed time; work done in a safe and professional manner; cleaned up and hauled away debris. Cost was reasonable and exactly as estimated. I have used Ressler's Tree Service in the past and will do so again in the future.

Called immediately after I submitted my request and scheduled a free estimate for the same day gave a fair price a little more than the cheaper fellow who did not show and a little more than the expensive guy who said he could do it next month I’m building a swimming pool and needed it done asap the owner of the company did the job himself right away even though it was 430 in the afternoon and all the employees were gone he went and brought a huge new truck cut the tree returned in the dark with more equipment and cleaned up fantastic tree man none better

COMMITTED TO QUALITY WORK: After hurricane hit N. FL in August, my MIL’s property had several downed and/or damaged trees. In addition, years of not maintaining areas created obstacles for removal & clean up. Kennedy & his crew estimated the job & gave us a daily rate to be more “economical.” I had bid to three companies and all used daily rate; all were comparable except for the extras (haul off, stump grinding, clean up etc, etc). Kennedy’s price was inclusive & was in the middle. He & his crew went above & beyond taking ownership in the finished product. The number of trees & vines removed created exposed areas of sand & dirt throughout her property. They manually removed potato vines, then tilled & planted grass seed. Kennedy would stop by to check on grass & has mowed the grass, reseeded, removed trees that have continued to fall or look bad. He has taken special care of my MIL knowing we are 6-hrs away. His time & commitment has been greatly appreciated & I would highly recommend. He keeps his word. The project & clean up were expensive, but they earned every dime. The property is park like & beautiful, now.

Very responsive and considerate. Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Executed job as agreed upon. Left yard tidied. Pruned cuts appear to be done correctly so not to damage the long term health of the trees.

How many times have you contacted a professional service to perform some work at your home only to have them not respond, not show up, show up late or just do a shoddy job? Well that has happened a lot to me. So you can imagine my surprise when I was contacted within an hour after going on Home Advisor and requesting a Tree Surgeon. Kennedy Ressler contacted me, showed up on time to do free estimate and then showed up on time to perform the tree and shrub removal. Kennedy and his crew showed up on time, (actually 15 minutes early, which I like), started cutting and trimming and over a period of 5 hours they worked super hard and efficiently to get every tree and shrub cut and hauled away. They cleaned up after themselves so well that my yard actually looked cleaner and neater than before they started . Kennedy and his crew obviously know what "Superior Customer Service" means. My wife and I are very impressed with the work they performed, the cleanup after the job and just their great work ethic in general. I would recommend Ressler's Professional Tree Service, Inc. to anybody requiring trees to be cut down or trimmed. And Definitely will use Ressler's Professional Tree Service, Inc. again for any future tree surgery.

On the first day the crew showed up without the owner{whom I discussed what I wanted done} They cut two limbs that was not suppose to be cut,also while lowering a huge piece of the tree they used the wrong type of rope...resulting in the piece of tree falling and hitting my lawn leaving an eight inch deep hole,.Thankfully no one was hurt.The next day they worked on the second tree that is located close to the house.This tree was to be cut off level so I could put a deck on it later on At the end of the day they stopped and said he was done.But they didn't finish the job, They left about twenty feet of part of the tree over the house.The owner then said, for two hundred dollars more,he would cut it..The original agreement was to cut it all off level.Multiple times I had told him I was going to put a deck up top..Later I had to call them to come back and remove several large pieces of wood that lying across my walkway.and one that was on my lawn.In the end ,they damaged fence boards on both sides of the property..banged up good trees,..broke my rake and  tore up the landscaped boards in my drive.The owner later return that evening acting <br /> unprofessionally arguing with me and my neighbor.  I ended up having to contract someone else to finish the job. <br /> <br />

We had three large pine trees over 75 feet high that we wanted cut down because they were old and very close to our home and power lines. We called Ressler's  Tree Service and asked that they come and give us an estimate. They came to our home at a convenient time for us. Gave us an estimate on the spot. These trees had to be cut down in pieces because of how close they were to the power lines and our house. It was not just a cut and let them fall job. Ressler's arrived on the very day they said they would. They did a great job and completed the job the very same day. Also they did not try to add on any extra fees. The quote was exactly what we paid. <br />

I would tell people not to use them. They screwed us.  It took them forever to do the job.  He didn't do what he said he would do.  He was beligerant when I called him to talk about it.  The equipment was shotty.  The blamed me because they had problems with their equipment.  It took them like 5 weeks to do the trees.  He groud 8 stumps when he should have groud 15.  I will never use them again.
