The week before Christmas, I discovered a bad leak under my house. I called a plumber frequently advertised on TV and radio and they quoted me $6k!! I was panicking!! I then reached out to Amy at RestroPro's. They gave me a quote that was a fraction of the cost!! They apologized for the work needing to be done the week of Christmas but actually they saved me thousands. So ridiculously thankful for Amy and the RestoPros team!!

The team was fantastic! Restopros of Costal Carolina came the day we called after hurricane flooding. Most of the water receded and they were able to get in and start with fans and dehumidification throughout the house. Removal of all soaked items, flooring and drywall was done by the team. They even offered and completed a pack out for belongings we could salvage. They worked with our insurance adjuster to understand what was feasible and would be covered by our insurance and FEMA and asked questions we wouldn’t have considered. Not only did they do their jobs to the highest standard, they were pleasant with my young daughter who was interested in the havoc that had become her home - they rescued so many Barbie dolls and stuffies for her. Restopros worked tirelessly to ensure my house would be ready quickly so we could begin work. I appreciate everything they did, navigating such a life changing event was made so much easier with their assistance.

It went fantastic! The employees were very friendly, worked efficiently and didn't stop until the work was done. We had significant damage from a flood so there was a lot of work to be completed. Head office was a pleasure to work with and they were extremely nice. If something like this happens again I will be for sure making them my first call!
