They charged me $150 and told me they would refund my money because they never finished the job, but they have never refunded my money. <br /> <br /> I called Jim on August 31st to tell him the roof was still leaking. He said they'd be out as soon as possible. On Friday, September 9th, I reached out again because I hadn't heard from him and asked if anyone could come out on Monday to put more sealant on. His response was that they were unsure what to do with the leak and offered to refund my money. He said to email him immediately and they'd refund. I sent him the email immediately.  On October 10th, I reached out to tell him I still hadn't received the refund. On November 21st I reached back out to let him know if I didn't receive my money, I would be reaching out to Angie's List. I still haven't gotten my refund.

They fix in 1hr. and they were so nice and did me a top job because of that when I need a new roof they will be the first one i will call to ( do the job) thank you guys so much you are a blessing to me .... first time i did angies list will now i will alway go to her list that you so much ANGIES LIST SHIRLEY TIPPIT

Kevin was great, he responded to texts in a quick manner and showed tremendous professionalism. Since he finished the work we have had three significant storms with no leaks. As mentioned he was quick to come out and get the repairs finished, as other companies had told us it would take 3 weeks for someone to get out there. He also came in well below the other estimates we received.

Jim Curry and Kevin were punctual and helpful. Price was a bit over what I think the job should have been done for, but to expedite the job prior to the rainy season, we had them do it, and it was done when they said they would. I can not vouch for the quality of the shingle job, but I assume they did it correctly- we shall see in the coming months of rains... the flat roof I was not happy with, though. The original quote was to pressure wash the roof, then install 3 coats of the rubberized coating. I saw the installer on the roof, and it was not pressure washed. Jim said that it was due to the fact that there were all these little pieces sticking up, which I assumed would be removed by the pressure washing. Jim said that they were part of the underlay, and to pressure wash them would be a problem; I agreed, but this should have been brought up prior to quoting the job so that we could have come up with another solution. Now I have a roof that may be waterproof, but will catch all the dirt in these little crevices that have been permanently imbedded in the rubber. Also, they were only going to put one coat on, when the quote said 3 coats; when I mentioned this, Kevin said that he would come back the next day, and put on a second coat, which he did. The third coat was not done- they assured me that only 1 coat was needed, but put the second coat on anyway, which is probably true. My only problem with them is the discrepancy between what they quoted and what was done, hence the B for quality and professionalism- time will tell if either roof leaks. I would definitely use them again, but would talk a bit more about what was to be done, and how they intended to do the job.

The work crew showed up when promised. The work was done timely as promised with no mess and no undue noise. The workers were courteous and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent. I'm very happy with the service.

Company was very professional. Provided a quote quickly and with no pressure. Completed the job on time with great care to my home and pets. Cleaned up completely and every thing looks great.

Great! They were friendly, efficient, left everything tidy and the roof had the look and feel of a new roof when they were done.

Once I made the decision to restore my roof, the crew was out the next day starting the job. I asked them to be careful of my plants around the house, and they took extra care to make sure not to disturb them (I wish my former lawn guy was the same!). The process seemed to go very smooth. The crew did the first stage of cleaning and prepping my roof on the first day, then came back the next day to put on the granules and seal it. The crew didn't leave any messes and so I can honestly say that I was thrilled with them. The roof looks amazing for an incredibly low price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! <br />
