Dan was quick to show up and very knowledgeable and professional.

Dan has great customer care when it comes to my family was under the water. He has not only give us great care multiple times but he also had a great knowledge how to talk to insurance company. He even showed up late night when my house had a water damage to mitigate the water damage before the adjuster show up. Due to his great care, all of the process with the insurance company goes smoothly.

Dan of Restoration 1 in Denton & Frisco was wonderful! He responded immediately to my call and got to my house very quickly. Dan was able to assess the mold I found in a closet and diagnosed that it was from a leak. He recommended an amazing plumber who also showed up immediately and was able to stop the leak, ensuring no further damage. Once the leak was fixed, Dan from R1DF was great about explaining everything for mitigating the water damage and making sure mold didn't spread. My husband and I couldn't be happier with Dan's quick action and communication. While we don't wish to ever have water damage again, we'd certainly call Dan if we did! Highly recommended!

Dan arrived quickly and assessed the damage. He set up dryers and pulled off baseboards and Sheetrock to dry things out. He came out on Christmas Eve and then back again on Christmas Day to check to see how dry things were and to make some adjustments. He was professional, prompt and courteous!

We came home from Sunday lunch with family to find our entire house flooded due to our refrigerator. Needless to say, we were extremely panicked. I had no idea what to do, and a google search lead me to Restoration 1. We called and they were at our house within the hour. From the moment Dan came in the door, he worked hard to put us at ease and keep us from completely panicking, while still being completely transparent about the damage. They took care of everything, removing the water and setting out fans and dehumidifiers. They even helped me with moving things, like the stuff in the pantry and furniture. (This was really helpful, especially since I have a toddler underfoot who just wanted to play in the water! I was able to focus on him while they took care of everything. Throughout the entire process they stayed in communication. They frequently checked in, always answered my calls or texts promptly, and made sure that we were in the best possible setup for our situation. Everything from the demeanor to the actual work to dealing with the insurance went smoothly and really kept the most stressful situation we have ever been in contained to the point where we knew everything was going to be ok. Don't get me wrong, I hope I am NEVER in this situation again, but if I was, I would 100% call Restoration 1 again in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend them to anybody experience flood issues!

After our house flooded due to a storm, Dan was quick to respond after another big name company failed to keep an appointment. He worked hard to keep the cost and household disruption to a minimum, and was out every day checking on the drying progress. His rapid response, attention to detail, and delightful personality has ensured that if, God forbid, my house should ever have water damage of any type, he and his company will be the first I call to get things taken care of rapidly, and most importantly, properly.
