I appreciate the work done by technicians. But I am not happy with the way it went as Tina the sales person really made all false promises which I reported to manager. There was no prior quote or estimate given and also not aware of any certifications or qualifications provided as promised. Since I was in urgency, I had to believe Tina and went ahead. But I will not go with them again if they work same way.

They've done an excellent job. Their level of communication was great and the people are responsive and very kind to understand the situation. Tina, Frank and Daryl is the people that are working on my house, they've been great and clear about the work and works **** ** the project.

It went incredibly well. The Restoration 1 team showed up as promised and set there equipment up promptly. They prepared the area for their work without impacting much else. They were respectful and courteous and truly tried to make the process as painless as possible. When they were done, they quickly removed their machines. The previously soaked wood was bone dry. It was amazing. The carpenter who came in to finish the drywall work was amazed at how dry the wood was. He said it's usually still a little damp after other companies have done the same work. These guys are the best in the industry!!

A local tradesman recommended Restoration 1, and our insurance company seconded the recommendation. They were there within two hours of our call. All the ruined stuff was out and the drying-out process begun within 24 hours. They also treated the basement to prevent any mold growth. They are absolute professionals -- super competent, efficient, excellent at keeping us informed, experienced at dealing with insurance companies, and all around excellent. If you are in this situation, don't call anyone else other than Restoration 1.
