Restoration 1 of North Orange County

I live out of state and they were awesome. They were easy to communicate with being out of state. I've used them twice now. They are always helpful.

Great! Peter worked very hard to finish before our close of escrow. Omar was always responsive and answered all of our calls and questions immediately. The only hiccup was a couple of times they said they would be there a 8 am and 9 am and showed an hour or two later than the stated time. I hesitated to put that in here because everything else they did was so great.

Excellent. Very professional. Omar came out within a few hours of my call. He did quick assessment (found no indication of mold) but offerred to have his tech come out for a closer look. Tech showed as promised and did more detailed search. Also found everything ok.

Omar responded to my inquiry almost immediately. He came out the next day to assess the problem and his crew was out two days later to remediate it. They covered the hardwood floors and carpets between the front door and the bathroom. The worked quickly but also did a great job. After they cleaned up, the place was spotless. I hope I don't need to, but I would use them again in a second

Omar and his crew are great, after the recent rains I notice mold on the drywall and baseboard in the bathroom. So I called a few companies that service the northern orange county area, and all but one wanted to charge me just to come out. When I called Restoration 1 and spoke with Omar, he said he would come out and look at the problem and give me an estimation for the mold abatement. He found that the problem was just in the one area and we found a crack in the stucco that allowed the moisture to come in. I had the crack repaired and Omar and his crew removed the mold, he quoted me a reasonable price, and his crew was fast and efficient. I would most definitely use them again if a mold problem.

Omar was quick to respond and came out the same day. He thoroughly evaluated the area and found no mold. This company is extremely honest, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them. They could easily have "detected" mold and scared me into using them, but they have a lot of integrity.

Omar and Kelly are fantastic. They were responsive, thorough, timely, worked diligently and HARD morning to night, and left our house clean as could be. They took time to explain in detail what they were going to do before they did it, kept us informed on progress and when the job would be done, and calmed our nerves. If you find you have mold, CALL THEM!

After setting up the equipments Omar called me the next day and scheduled a time to come by and check on the progress of the job. <br /> After showing up he showed me how the walls and floor were dry and pulled the equipment out and only charged me for a 1 day of dry out. I really appreciate the fact that he didn't try to overcharge me and told me the truth. Would defenitely use them again if I had any water damage in the future.

The guys r really prompt. 2 technicians showed up at my door step. It's the first time I see hi tech equipment in restoration business. I was worried about water leakage in second bathroom, they checked it with tech. Equipment and they assured me all is clear. They also checked the rest of the home..behind the fridge, garage, master bathroom, pretty much anything that could have humidity. They really know what they r doing..I really love that they didn't have to make any holes to check water or humidity leakage. Love the service..highly recommend!
