<p>I will say that trying to get them out was a bit of a pain. My father was helping to coordinate everything because of my work hours. It took them over a month to send us a quote. But once the quote was here, they were ready to come. They seem to be a bit disorganized behind the scenes: for example, I received a call from the woman who works at the office on the day the service was to be provided that they would be out. Later that day, my father received a call from one of the workers stating they couldn't do the work because I didn't have an outside water hookup. Ok, so I would reschedule. Later that week I got a call from the office asking if I liked the service they provided. I said they didn't provide a service because we got a call saying they couldn't. After a few phone calls back and forth, apparently, one of the workers asked my neighbor for a water hook up (love my neighbors) and they were able to finish the job, however no one ever called to say they were able to do it. </p> <p>When I got home, I looked at the windows and sure enough, they did look different. I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't look but they did the work. They said they would send out the invoice for the rest of the amount, and it waited for about 6 weeks. Finally, I called saying I never got it and if they could email it or fax it. They wanted to drive over to my house to pick up the payment at that moment. That would have been fine, but I was the one that alerted them to the fact that I hadn't paid yet. I work late hours and didn't want someone coming over late. I mailed it out that day. no worries.</p> <p>the reason I gave such a high rating is because even with all that little annoying stuff, their work was fantastic. I had a leaking front window for years and it is now months later, I still have the drywall off the wall to monitor the water, and still nothing. no water. amazing! I asked for an estimate on doing my front step in the late summer but never heard back. seems they need a bit of nudging or maybe they are just really busy because they are so good. I would love to give them more business but I am too busy to be bothering people about giving me new quotes right now. maybe in the summer. </p> <br />

Excellent-Richard (owner) and Eric arrived promptly and completed the job in a most professional manner.  They cleaned the property, its beautiful.

Angie's list chimney cleaning and checkup was performed very well.  Staff was friendly and advised on what additional work was needed.  The additional services were pricey, but the workers are professional.

It worked out very well. I was very happy with it. They were very nice and clean. They covered up my stuff so it wouldn't get messy. Everything was nice when they were done. I knew there was additional thing I needed done to my chimney, so they did price it for me and I'm going to be having that done in the future.

Took advantage of an Angie's List 'Big Deal' Offer and I am happy with the result and service provided. Two operatives from the company turned up and were polite, professional and tidy. They were happy to answer questions and asked if I was having any problems with the chimney. Gave it a good clean and cleaned up well after themselves. I would definitely use again and recommend too friends and neighbors. <br />

From Diane who handled the scheduling of the work to the two guys who came out (Eric and Leroy) they were all great communicators.  The guys were prompt, professional and courteous.  We would use them again! <br />

Hired them to remove front patio that was cracked and sunken. I suspected this was the cause of some water issues in my basement. Picked this company because of the reviews and their written/typed and emailed estimate(which was not the lowest)by far the most detailed in terms of what would be done.Upon remove of concrete noticed issues with foundation which was given additional estimate to fix.I wasn't pressured into completing/agreeing to anything additional and everyone took their time to explain what new problems were. Guys hand dug out the front of my house 6+ft to fill cracks in my foundation and apply a tar cover and fill and tamp down. They even applied sealant to my gas and water pipes coming into the house!Then they applied gravel with mesh and rybar into the wall to keep my concrete pad from sinking again. Work is still being completed, very extensive job!(plus little rain delay) Several neighbors have commented how great/nice the men there are and what quality work was being completed.Everything so far looks fantastic. I've been keeping pictures detailing the progress of the job which I'll see if I can post. On the last leg of completion, just need to have concrete poured tomorrow. And then let it set. So ready to have a nice patio for the summer!!! <br />

Went very well.  Initial estimate was only for re-doing the mortar.  However, when old mortar was removed discovered 20-30 broken flagstones discovered.  Estimate was revised to include replacement of broken stones (was also given estimate of replacing all the flagstone, but this was out of our budget).  Estimate was further revised at our request to re-do the stucco wall.  <br /> Workers were courteous, arrived on-time and cleaned up every day.  Communication was excellent.  Porch looks great and is water-tight and level.  We are very happy with the results. <br />

Great. They came in prepared to do job. They explained procedure, got to work using appropriate protective gear for my belongings-showed me areas that need work-provided estimate and they were very pleasant.

It took longer than expected and their finished project didn't quite fix the issue. I probably wouldn't use them again.

HAD TO TAKE THEM TO COURT AND REFUSED TO PAY. HAD TO USE THE SHERIFF TO GET THEM TO PAY UP THE MONEY THEY OWED ME. WENT FROM A MINOR DAMPNESS PROBLEM TO RUNNING WATER INTO MY BASEMENT.
