Jose and his team did a fantastic job on every step of the installation of my roof. Restoration roofing went above and beyond when they discovered and repaired an improperly installed dryer vent that easily could have cause serious issues later on. Would definitely use them again!

Restoration Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof. On the day of the estimate, Jose came to my house with the estimate already in hand along with an aerial roof report. Jose went over the estimate and report and I immediately felt comfortable with him. His crew was great and they did an excellent job installing the roof and cleaning up afterwards. I’ve already recommended them to a friend who needs a roof replacement!

Two of my neighbors and I decided to get estimates for roof replacement of our 23 year old townhouses at the same time. Because another neighbor had just recently used Restoration Roofing, we decided to go ahead and get an estimate even though we probably wouldn't have looked at companies in Maryland since we're in Alexandria. Jose met with us and we were very impressed with his presentation. He made the process of roof replacement very understandable and clearly outlined the discount we'd get based on how many of us decided to move forward. After contracts were signed for the three of us, a fourth neighbor joined in and Jose gave us all a further discount (which he clearly didn't have to do!). The crew was hardworking and professional and I was happy to see how seriously they took every aspect of the job, especially the thorough clean up when the job was finished. Phenomenal service from start to finish!

Jose was wonderful to work with! When he came out to do the quote, he brought a drone so I could see what the state of my roof was without having to get up there (which I appreciated because I'm afraid of heights). His quote was a little lower than the other quotes I got and I was very happy with the reviews I had seen on his services. I also appreciated the information he included on how the roof area was estimated and the breakdown of all of the materials that would be used. Even though it took me a couple months to decide to replace the roof, he was very responsive when I reached back out. He also responded quickly when I asked for quotes for additional items like gutters, gutter guards, and new skylights. He was able to get me on his schedule within a reasonable timeframe. Anyways, the roof looks great! We've had multiple neighbors stop by and ask who had done it. The skylights are crystal clear. And the gutters and gutter guards look great, we're just waiting on some rain to test them out!

Jose (the owner) thoroughly and clearly described exactly the work that would be done and the materials to be used.  He was very friendly and responded very quickly to any queries we made.  Once we informed him that we did want his company to do our roof he was able to have his crew get the work done very quickly.  Jose stopped by at the end of the job and discussed the results.  The roof looks good. Although I do not have the expertise to judge the installation quality, the long warranties on worksmanship and materials backed by the shingle manufacturer give me confidence.

Jose, the owner, gave us a great price and warranty on a full roof replacement. The installers were prompt, polite, and very respectful of our property. They did a perfect job on the roof and the estimate Jose gave us was right on point. Jose was very professional. Despite being the highest estimate, he still got the job. He answered all my questions and gave me the confidence that he was right for the job. He also addressed any concerns I had during the roof replacement. His crew even repaired my shed, which needed A LOT of work outside of just replacing the roof. Communication was never an issue, I was always met with a swift response. This is the first time I have had such an expensive project and I am glad Jose was able to make it so easy and stress free.

Owner Jose Interiano and his crew from Restoration Roofing were professional and personable from start to finish. R/R used Certainteed materials, a well-known national brand, and by far had the best bid. Mr. Interiano clearly explained the process, asked for no money down, provided a written estimate on the spot, and there was no pressure to sign at that time. My next-door neighbor and I decided to get our roofs replaced at the same time, for which we were offered a $250 discount each. The crew arrived on time, did their work, and left my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. I give them an A+ rating in all categories of service and price.

I'm SO happy we hired Restoration Roofing to replace the roof on our dutch colonial home. I've had some very good experiences with contractors, and some very bad ones, and my recent experience with the owner, Jose Interiano, was GREAT. Jose is a thorough but relaxed guy with excellent communication skills who put us at ease right away. He was well prepared ahead of our first meeting and came with satellite photos of our home and a completed estimate (which reduced the amount of time spent on our end walking through the property and talking about what needed to be done). I didn't get the sense that he was trying to oversell us on anything, and he had useful advice for picking a shingle color (not as easy a task as you'd think!) He uses high quality materials and had a very competitive price. We didn't have to do anything to prep except to leave the driveway open. His crew started and finished the job in the amount of time expected, and everything was cleaned up so you'd hardly know they were there. The day it was done we got a handful of texts from neighbors saying how great the house looks, and they're 100% right! We're very happy with the work, and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Very smoothly from beginning to end. Jose responded promptly to my request, came out to meet with me, provided a detailed written assessment of my current roof, including pictures, and talked me through the replacement process in language that I could understand. There was absolutely no pressure for me to make a decision that day, since I was in the process of gathering information and quotes. After calling to inform him that I wanted his company to do the work, we set a date for the materials to be delivered and the work to start. Everything went according to plan, except they finished ahead of schedule, which was great because the noise from the roof was causing my new puppy’s hair to stand on end. :-). The crew started by covering everything close to the house to avoid any damage. They cleaned up every day and when the job was done you would never have known they were here. I had been trying to get my roof replaced for 2 months before finding this company. I had three quotes, greatly ranging, and the people we slow to respond. I chose one and they vanished on me. I found this company and the owner/ceo immediately set up a hightech aerial roof estimate and was able to get me in the same week! He was very patient with all of our questions being first time homeowners. The materials arrived the night before and the technicians started early in the morning. They cleaned up everything. What a great experience, plus I like that he didn't come into our house like the other roofers...can't be too careful with the covid spreading! Also, the materials he provided were professional, glossy, beautiful and very thorough (unlike another top company we've all heard of that quoted DOUBLE and scribbled the total on a paper) I feel this is an honest, trustworthy company and completed the job with safe distancing. They arrived early and began the work as scheduled, and my wife was so impressed with how they left the front and back of the home, which included the deck, the same way they found it. There was also a problem with what I thought was our gutter, but with my neighbors, and they fixed that along with placing a piece of plywood on the garage roof at no cost...and it looks good.
