Restorative Pros has the best customer service not only in THEIR industry, but in ANY industry type. I'm so thankful to have chosen them for the work we needed. I was sooooo sick from allergies I thought I would have to move out when we discovered thick mold in a seldom used closet. We got 3 bids and were most impressed with Restorative Pros and they were able to begin work immediately. After the first day's treatment I had huge relief. Adam Shenata was quick to our aid, professional, very careful with our belongings, friendly and totally thorough. The drywall was removed, the area was thoroughly cleaned and sealed then fogged and I am 100% feeling better. They even covered the carpeted area with paper so as not to walk on our carpet with work boots. Couldn't be more pleased with their kind, professional immediate service!

Robert and the entire restorative pros company were wonderful. We had a water leak underneath our sink that resulted in water damage in our kitchen. They were quick with response time, excellent in communication and answered all of my many questions, and the work was great. On top of that they are the most friendly and respectful customer service I’ve seen!

Amazing! spoke to owner first and described my problem, he sent a tech right away who performed treatment with photos and set up a three day air filter. Work was followed up by a supervisor who tested whole house for any further signs of damp or spores, found none but did extra treatment for good measure and made excellent recommendations for future prevention. Invoice and documentation is easy all online and they accept credit cards. I'd use them again in a heartbeat..professional, courteous, knowledgeable, punctual and highly recommended !

No mold was found but they applied preventive measures to insure against mold.

They were very neat and cleaned up well. Very personable people, they seemed to care about what they were doing. A few days after we could still smell mold in the house, so we called them and they came right away and treated the area to make sure there would be no more mold. They were also very helpful in lining up drywall in replacing it.

In speaking with the gentleman the night before he came out, I said I needed mold evaluation and possibly remediation. When he came out the next day, he looked at the area of concern and said there was moisture behind the window air conditioning unit. When I asked if there was mold, he said he couldn't tell because mold detection is not what he does. Then he said I owed him $85 for coming out. No fee was mentioned in our phone conversation. When asked why he came out when I was very clear about mold evaluation and remediation and why he hadn't mentioned a fee, he just stared at me. I finally had him do a moisture test on two areas of concern. Very unhappy that I found someone on Angie's List with such poor ethics.

"this is an unfortunate situation and i am truly sorry you had a not so pleasant encounter with our company. we were never made aware of your feelings because Restorative pros has never been on angles list until now 7/18/19. my company prides itself in customer service and would have responded immediately to your concerns. we are not sure how the companies information made it to angles list but we will take every possible action to rectify this situation. please feel free to reach out if you'd like. We did however find your job information in our records. you were charged an $89 service charge for us coming out but we are not licensed to work on air conditioners, only an A/C company can do that and removing mold from an out door porch/patio is not something my company can guarantee because of out door elements."
