Delivery time was great explaining everything I needed to know about my washing machine. His customer service was great and it was the first time using a service like this, so I was taking a chance. I bought a washing machine from Restore and any time I had an issue with the washer, they came over and fixed it. He has a good attitude and is efficient. He'll come right over if he can, if not, he'll let you know when he can and will keep in touch. If he can't repair, he'll replace it. He's business friendly.
