Mold removal and testing services. Restore You is a water and mold removal remediation company. We are equipped and ready to respond to customers affected by water and mold. Mold Remediation, Mold Clean up and Air quality Testing services are performed to industry standards and protocol to remove mold and mildew. Special Hepa vacuums and hepa air scrubbers are used while we perform mold removal and repairs to drywall, joists, sub floor, basements, crawlspace, and attic areas. Our qualified professionals approach each situation with urgency and skill. Although each job may differ slightly the goal is always the same. To make a healthy environment and to dry wet structures, with minimal disruption to the customer, and return homes or businesses to their pre-loss condition as quickly as possible. Art himself answered the phone the first time I called and quickly scheduled a visit, making the trip in the aftermath of a serious snow storm. He quickly alleviated our fears. Told us we were doing a great job removing the mold we found on our exposed basement ceiling and that what we feared was mold on the insulation in our finished walls (the reason we called) was just soot from an improperly installed pellet stove (which we thankfully have not run since buying the house). As worried as I was, he could have taken us for thousands, and he didn't. Gave my husband pointers on keeping the ceiling mold in check. Didn't charge us a dime for the visit. Will not hesitate to call him back if we run up against another mold/water damage issue in the future.

Great. Mold treated and area completely dried out. Siding had to be removed soffit area replaced and insulation replaced. Honest, knowledgeable and reliable.

Their work and professionalism were top-notch. The inspection turned up problems in both the crawlspace and attic, but the attic problem is related to a roofing issue. Rather than do a "patch job" there that would have required re-doing in the near future, Restore You gave the honest evaluation that the roofing work needed to be done first so their remediation work would hold up. They will return when the roofing is done. In the meantime, they completed mold remediation and full insulation in the crawlspace, and even worked through the weekend to get the job done.

I called Restore You and the owner Art Sulik came to my home at my convenience. He surveyed unerdneath my home and found mold on the floor structure and moisture and water on the ground. He removed the existing insulation, cleaned the wood with hydrogen peroxide product, followed through with an anti microbial. After everything dried they Hepa vac the wood to remove any mold spores which are allergens. Then fogged everything with Timbor fungicide Disodium Ocyabotate tetrahydrate (boron). The foundation walls inside the crawlspace were painted with Dry lok extreme, a waterproof paint. A vapor Barrier 6 Mil was added to the ground. His work was exceptional! I was very pleased. I highly recommend Restore You for any moisture, mold or water problems.

Art and his crew did a wonderful job. They were able to work within the budget provided by our insurance company. Their have incredible attention to detail, went above and beyond what I expected, and left the house clean every day they worked. Art was very pleasant to deal with, explained very clearly what needed to be done, and there were no surprises. I would recommend Restore You to anyone, and would use them again in a heartbeat!

My mother had a home inspection and the inspector noted that she had mold in her basement. Art came out to take a look and fix any problems. The only thing he found was black tar, NOT MOLD, on the walls. He also suggested that she have air quality tests and did perform those and everything turned out ok. Very thankful that we contacted Art and not someone else that would have taken advantage of us and costs lots of money. Everything turned out better then we expected because Art was very honest and truthful and was not out to take advantage of us. <br />

I contacted Art in regard to a minor mold issue in our home. Art returned my call within 10 minutes. He listened to the situation I had and offered a plan to rectify the minor problem. We set up a date and time for Art to start the work. He came to our home promptly at the time the appointment was scheduled for and completed the initial stage of the work to be done. He came back promptly the second day to finish the work and I couldn't be more pleased at the professionalism he displayed, the information presented to me and the knowledge that Art explained it was most informative and greatly helped concerning the minor mold problem. I would recommend Art to anyone who may have a minor or major mold issue. He is most professional, and could not be more courteous in working with us in solving problem. He genuinely seemed to care about his customer.
