Had him resurface my tub, caulk the tub and install and caulk bathroom vanity and repair cracked tile near tub. Did a good job repairing tile. He had to glaze the tub twice. The first time the glaze was not smooth and shiny by the drain. He said he will do it again. The runs he created the first time were worse than the second time. Vanity was installed correctly after my brother- in-law told him what to use to do it. He did a very shoddy job on the caulking of both areas. He had caulk two to three inches away from area that was being caulked. There was pieces of the sponge he used to smooth the caulk in the caulk. There are runs in the glaze on the tub. He left pieces of the roller he was using to glaze the tub stuck in the glaze. He did not have his own sponge for the caulk, his own tape to tape paper to tile and floor or the paper to cover them the second time he glazed the tub. He did not have an extension cord for the sander he used in the tub. He got glaze all over the bathroom floor and tub tile. Told him he needed to remove that before caulking was done. He did that but left it in some places and covered it with caulk. Did not clean up the mess he made each time he left. All but one time he came he arrived between 15 and 90 minutes late.

The process was very good. I definitely will be doing more business with him, They were ver professional as well.

The project scope changed. The contractors changed the scope on me a few times, however the work was done.
